Ordered SeaQuest and some DVDs don't work, others are horrible quality, ALL have been recorded right of the TV. Customer Support is horrible and they keep repeating that they are checking on a replacement order. They take days to respond. I ordered back in September of 2006 and I am still trying to get a refund or replacements...... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!
