I am currently engaging in the same process that this man said he was.
LB has been nothing less than honorable and has not lied to me or stolen from me at all.
I sent him $450 in two blank money orders and he got them no problem.
I suspect the one who posted this "report" which hasn't even been truly investigated is merely another one of these people who is simply trying to skip out on his taxes while maintaining himself in the system he says he is against.
The most unfair part about this "report" is that anybody could post one of these and it immediately goes to the top of the search results in google without any research being done to this mans claims.

I will again state clearly that I have had ZERO problems with LB and his organization and I support him 110%.

I recently read Gene's report about PAC and frankly is the first and only complaint I have heard about PAC. I have known LB Bork for 2 years, have contracted for his services and my experience have all been positive. Throughout the process there was constant communication, commitments and follow-up that were executed flawlessly. He responded promptly, provided expert information and guidance, and frequently called me to follow-up on matters. Even after completion of the process I have been in contact with Mr. Bork regularly and been impressed with his thoroughness and overall knowledge in the disciplines PAC deals with. Gene's dispute with Mr. Bork it is not indicative of my experience and I am actually very surprised that this happened as reported.

For the thousands who have read The Red Amendment by author LB Bork and subsequently have gone through the process, for this one person to post this here, I see no problem.

It seems apparent to me that the original poster may have comprehension problems and, perhaps, does not understand the contract or, simply, has not followed through. I have spoken with many other State Nationals who have gone through the status correction process and have had no trouble at all. They are now happy to be State Nationals who have gotten out of the system and are not subject to the jurisdiction of the federal government.

In fact, I have sent off the forms for my husband and myself and look forward to our status correction and do not feel apprehensive in doing so. Too, Mr. Bork makes himself easily accessible to all who wish to speak with him and know more.

I am sure, Eugene, that you can still go through with your status correction should you just work with LB and follow through on your end of the contractual agreement.

Recently told some friends to check out Peoples Awareness Coalition, and was told this report was here.

For what it's worth:

I've known the owner for several years now and have read his book, The Red Amendment. I have also purchased his services, and have absolutely no complaints.

The research in the book was impeccable, and a great read.

The services provided are properly represented, and the results lived up to my expectations. The few questions I did have, were handled promptly and in a professional manner.

I have never met L.B. Bork, but have spoken with him on the phone, and found him to be an articulate and honorable man.

Although I know, we all have our moments... I'm finding it difficult to believe L.B. behaved in the "less than professional" manner described above.

To set the record straight at NO TIME before or after I filed this report did lb bork offer any kind of refund, infact he had conveyed to me that there would be NO REFUND and that I stilled owed him. So for him to make that statment is TOTALY FALSE.

This is to be inserted before the the update titled Truth in Fairness. Due to the fact I did not see this update. On April 15th at 10:59pm I received the 3rd call from Mr. Bork, this time he did leave a msg where he stated that as he had told me before he would be relentless in harrassing me that this would be one of very many phone calls I would be getting. Now to repeat what the former update had said that to this date of 05/11/09 I have had no harrassment from Mr.Bork.

So to be fair I must report that to this day 05/11/09 I have not heard from nor have been personally harrassed by any member of the Peoples Awareness Coalition.

I see that the poster of this complaint, Eugene, updated the posting.

It is too bad that this man cannot follow simple instructions. I have used the same procedure and contract for 10 years, without issue.

Again, as per the signed contract, Eugene still owes me 200 dollars. Although this is the fact of the matter, before he posted this complaint I was willing to give him a refund but I never heard back from him (via email). He then posted this fraudulent complaint.

To Whom It May Concern at Ripoff Report:

In regards to the matter of PAC and LB Bork, I had completed the status correction process about six years ago. This process is impeccable. Other groups have all ignored or avoided the only point to address: the jurisdiction of the United States. LB's book entitled Red Amendment takes one through finely detailed history and irrefutable facts that outline and define the crux of our problems with this out of control corporation. The Red Amendment documents the sources drawn on to prove and support the fraud that has been perpetrated against all people of the fifty nations. During my process I have had the DOJ come to speak with me in where they questioned me on many different issues. I have a copy of their report in where it states, She will not be happy until she is out. This statement acknowledges there are definitely two different statuses/categories I can be in.

LB has spent many years and countless hours researching all points to reference and cross-reference his procedure. How LB uses the money in exchange for his information and procedure to keep things running is his business.

I have listened to others spout theories. Theories are like opinions; we all have them. I will take the facts, the truth, and the knowledge. Do not take my opinion here. Buy his book, The Red Amendment and read it for yourself. Then read the sources that are quoted and decide for yourself. Out of jail. In jail.

To be proper I am updating this report. I did get my Estopple back, by the way this Estopple has served me well for going on 10yrs with the soul intention was to get me out of the income tax system. Anyway I did get it back. Well I received 3 unwanted phone calls from Mr.Bork the 3rd he finally left a voice mail(which I am saving) which stated that I have caused him grief and that I still owed him $200.00 which if you remember was happy to send back with the final round of paperwork he was to send to me. This of course was not good enough for him, he wanted my money without doing anything (so the statment about not wanting to work things out is not true it was not working things out HIS way that angered him). Well he's doing something now, he stated that he was going to be relentless and that I should expect hundreds of phone calls from him. Now I dont know about you but this does not sound like something a stable person would do. Sounds like to me that he is going to harrass me until I pay him the $200.00, this just adds to the distrust I already have for the man, theres no way I would go back in with doing business with this guy.

I have known LB and have been a Florida National since 2005.

He is honest and has a very simple process to follow. By the language of the complaint compared with LB's defense, It really seems that Gene was not able to follow instructions properly and got mad about it as a result

In response to this instant report, Gene had contracted with us, however failed to follow instructions per agreement.

Firstly, he sent in the improper amount with his application. The application notes 225 dollars, of which he sent 250. Looking back, this should have been the first sign that Gene failed comprehension of details. An adjustment was made to the contract to bring the total amount due to 200 dollars. This amount was due upon the signing of the contract. Once again, in contradiction of the written details, the contract was sent back without the 200 dollar balance.

Accordingly, as Gene was in violation of contract, services were halted. Several correspondences via email were made in attempt to clear up this matter, but this man appears to be in unfettered confusion due to not understanding (or apparently not reading) the contract he signed. All Gene had to do was reference this contract in order to understand the problem. He was directed to do this many times during the correspondencesmost of which were overtly rude on his partand this would have shown him, in black and white that he was in error.

Secondly, Gene has been sent back his document entitled Estopple, which was determined to be worthless for his purposes. This was done at the end part of March. No copies had been made, as Gene Erwin had falsely referenced. It is noted that Wiechmann has made no attempt to correct this defamatory posting to that effect.

Due to the nature of contracted information, we make all people aware that after the signing of the contact no refunds are given. Accordingly, per signed contract that is in hand, Gene STILL OWES the undersigned 200 dollars.

All other matters mentioned are really irrelevant and need not be addressed. It is noted that such issues add to the defamation and the falsity of Gene's report. Moreover, anyone interested in documentation as to the above may contact us at the herein noted address.

Have not heard from the Peoples awareness coalition so I emailed him again.

I had conveyed to Mr. Bork that due to the distrust I had in him that I would not be doing anymore business with him and I requested my Estoppel back from him. Well it took more time than I would like to admit and a couple of emails stating that the mistrust was well founded until he agreed to send back my Estoppel. Im sure he made several copies of it before he sent it back to me. I guess I just gave to much trust in someone that I thought was a true patriot. These are the type of people that deserve to be on the side of the antichrist.
