Albany County Child Protective Services My Grandson was kidnapped; his mother who was innocent was emotionally severely tortured. Albany, New York

I am appalled at the system. The casworker (Ms. Amy Carona) took a false report and ballooned it. I had formerly asked for help with my grandson when I had a temporary illness meaning I was looking out for his best interest. I called dss/cps to see about getting temp help and my daughter was not available at the time only because she was with one of her friends in the city (who did not have a phone) while she was looking for a job to support herself and her child. We both agreed that I would look after her son.

When I went to get her son back, I was told that my daughter would have to earn him back. They had my daughter going (faithfully) to services and she didn't understand why and suspected early on (before I even did) that they wanted her child because he is beautiful (blonde curley hair, dimples and bright blue eyes). I was shocked, but this woman so heartfully said that my daughter would receive services initially and at the time I did not understand, but I didn't see the harm in it.

They kept calling her jobs (I can remember her saying "mom, why do they keep calling my jobs; it's ticking off my boss). She lost all her jobs and then two apartments. Then they recommended that she go into a shelter where they framed her and when they couldn't prove abuse, they tricked her and told her that if she admitted to permanent neglect, (7 min. at a visit?) that she would get her baby back sooner. Well, they instead used it against her.

A little over a year ago she kept having repeated nervous breakdowns, now she's worse. When her son reacted, they drugged him with Concerta, a derivative of Ritalin. This same drug destroyed the liver of a man's (Minister Ron Smith) son's. He was mandated by cps to take this drug and he just died this past May in his father's arms. He never saw his 21st birthday.

CPS lied against me (his grandmother) just so they could keep my grandson and just recently (wrongfully) adopted him out. These people are paid LIARS. Senator Karen Johnson, AZ and Senator Nancy Schaefer are now speaking up against the CPS corruption. Either you are a whistle blower or you are just as guilty as the culprits raking in the money. Enjoy your temporary luxuries. The Lord knows who all of you are who are destroying the lives of the Innocent. The Lord loves his children and I wouldn't ever want to be in your places when Judgement Day comes!
