High Stereo PATRICK KALIGIS Purchased a Mitsubishi WD-82838 82-Inch TV, item not delievered, was money stolen. Depok

Complaint to UPS: Regarding kaligis-shop.net
I purchased a Mitsubishi Diamond Series WD-82838 82-Inch 3D DLP HDTV from http://kaligis-shop.net ("High Stereo" owner is Patrick Kaligis) on March 13, 2012 , Order Confirmation No: #872. After receiving the funds they told me that the item would be shipped and they would send me a UPS tracking number, they never gave one. I have asked for delivery of my TV or a full refund to me. They also promised that UPS would have prompt delivery, so I am wondering if you are aware of your involvement in delivering items for this possible Fraudulent web site? This site is also using your UPS logo on their web site http://kaligis-shop.net , which now makes we not trust the UPS company now, when I see your logo on a web site....

I ordered some premium brand speakers from this website about 7 weeks ago. The original estimate by the site owner was 3-5 days for delivery with a UPS tracking #.
I never received the speakers or the UPS shipping tracking #. The owner stopped responding to my emails 3 weeks ago. I should have seen the writing on the wall. He only accepts wire transfer and prices are much lower than the competition. Don't get burned like I did.

Yeah but not with legit and popular web sites. When something seems too good to be true it is a scam and most people wont fall for such scams. The name itself appears to be a scam and on top of that asking for a wire transfer? I would not even bother to click that web site.
