Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I joined the site vBulletinSetup roughly 1 year ago. After having some pleasurable dealings with members and staff there I finally decided to pay the big money to have the owner look over my site and fix everything left that another member didnt finish.
He said he could do the work for lower price, but then sent an outrageous bill to my Credit card. Not only that, but the work was never completed or my money refunded by mr. b sheley of sheley enterprises.
he has since been banned at numerous communities, and is now being known for this stunt.
Please help spread the word to avoid vBulletinSetup and Brandon Sheley at all costs.

This person has filed this "ripoff" report using fake identity, and is totally fake and person who posted this report has scammed many people and stolen websites' database.

vBulletinSetup.com has many happy clients, except the competitor (the person who posted this report) since he provides similar services at his own site. He's just trying to ruin competitors well-known reputation.
You should be ashamed!
