Bob dubno Conducts business as he pleases without your consent, his employees are rude and they all treat you as if you are stupid. You will rarlely ever get through to him personally.
Bob Dubno is verbally abusive, threatning, out of control, condescending, patronizing, clock watching, explosive, lethal and unusually cruel.
Bob dubno screems, rants and raves when he dosn't get his way like a child.
He did not provide us with vital documents at our closing. When we went to his office, he exploded with rage that we were there and made derogatory comments about us.
his services are very poor at best. He is reported to the BBB the bar association of NYC, fox 5 news/"shame on you", nationwide/internet aleart shall be associated with his name and the local news papers will have all pertnant information to warn the public.
If you value your mental well being, stay away from Bob Dumbo.

I want to defend Bob Dubno.

I was not even a paying costumer of Mr. Dubno but he offered his time and experties without getting anything in return. My real estate issue was resolved immeidately and he proved that he knew every steps involved in home buying process. He was sympathetic towards my concerns and went above and beyound to protect my interest; I was able to put my name on the deed with his simple yet effective suggestion. He did not come across as pushy or clockwatching or greedy. I completely disagree with what is reported here. I would still work with him in the future.

Not Our Experience At All!

This hasn't been our experience at all. We've benefited tremendously from Bob's experience and responsiveness as we've navigated many complications in our attempts to buy a new condo in Brooklyn. The personal behavior of Bob and his staff described in this report is almost totally contradictory to our experience. Bob is busy, as he deserves to be, but it never has impeded his patience with explaining legal issues to us, or his willingness to respond to our emails and calls. Calling Bob, who doesn't even require a dime of payment until closing and has reasonable fees, a "rip-off" is rediculous.

This is from Bob Dubno. I'm an attorney who has been in practice for 30 years and I pride myself on treating my clients with courtesy and respect.
This person who is "reporting" is a mystery. She has my incorrect address and I believe I've never even spoken to her.
I cannot be a "clockwatcher" because I do not bill by the hour. I charge the same fee if I speak with a client ten times or one hundred times, for ten minutes or an hour.
I have never been contacted by ANY of the agencies she mentions in her "report".
I would be happy to discuss this with any interested parties.
