Ordered Transmission in late July 08, Matt sent the wrong torque converter. Had to buy a new one myself. Sent the core back with the torque converter and have not received refund. Was told twice the check went out and have not received anything. Everytime I call the person I want to speak is never there. I have called numerous times. Today i called and was told a check went out.

If anyone paid by credit you have 120 days to dispute the amount and they can extract that money back out from the companies account

#3 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Dont be fooled!!!

AUTHOR: Screwdbyprt - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 12, 2008

Alpine Transmission is Frank Kuperman....Regardless of what is said here, mark my words, Alpine Transmission Supply and Redline Torque Converters are the same as Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions, PRT, PhxReTrans and all of the other names Frank C. Kuperman is using. You will not get your core refund without a substantiantal fight, you WILL be lied to at least once during the transaction, there are no transmissions "in stock" . He is the type of business man that will run his business into the ground, take peoples' money and then file bankruptsy, and start another business....If there is any lawsuits or if you need information, please contact the editors at RipOffReport and ask them to contact me..As an ex-employee I will get you any information you need...

Hey there 'Employee'... tell Frank to send me the $3300 he owes me!

Kuperman and I tried to settle this with the BBB of AZ and he agreed to give me my money back. That was months ago and I have yet to see a dime of it. Evidently, he is not a man of his word either. Then the coward closes his doors as PRT and reopens his ripoff business under AlpineTransSupply and sells his junk on EBAY too. This FCK guy has no ethics and no shame. Soon, I imagine, he'll be talking it over with the DA. The AG of AZ will take care of this character soon enough.

Customer Received Full Core Refund

AUTHOR: Alpine Trans Supply - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 04, 2008

This customer in fact has already received her core refund. We do not withold any core refunds unless a core that is returned is deemed unrebuildable, which this was not. The customers paperwork was accidentally misplaced, and this delayed her core charge. The customer was mailed their core check as promised!
