These crooks tried to take my money after a part I ordered on ebay. I paid for this part on Jan 31 and after several weeks of waiting, I called them and talked to Mike, who seemed friendly enough, but in the end, it turned out to be a cover for their true colors.

Jan 20, I bought and paid for the part. 2 weeks went by and I call and they tell me that they have plenty in stock and don't know what happened, he'll call me back, which he never did. Next day, they tell me my order "fell through the cracks" and told me when it goes out, he would call me. Never did. Call back and talk to someone else, who in turn told me that there was nothing he can do, I could only talk to Mike who wasn't there.

Called next day, Mike tells me that the order will go out and gives me a promised by date. That date comes and goes. I call back a week later and ask them for a tracking number to find out what was going on. Mike says I'll call you back, and of course, he never does. Never answered any of the several emails I sent them, and in the meantime, my car sat in the shop, and the shop owner calling me wondering what was going on. The one and only email they sent me started with "what the f***" and went on stating that they sent me the parts, they are already en route, etc etc. Real classy place.

Finally, on 2/20, I called my credit card co and tell them to reverse the charge due to I never recieved any parts from them. I also left them a negative on ebay, to which they left me one stating that it was lost and out of their control. LIARS, they never told me that, they kept telling me it was coming, and they said they re-shipped, and of course, I still never recieved anything. I've also found out these people have a bad reputation in the Oldsmobile community on several web sites and car clubs, sending wrong parts and never refunding money, sending partial orders, sending orders to seperate addresses, and like me, just flat out never sending parts. I've also found out that they say they take c.o.d orders but if you order alot of parts, they won't send anything, get mad, and hang up on you. They will give every excuse in the book to stone wall you, I've even heard they say family members are sick!

Don't buy from these people, I was smart, I used my credit card to which they had to answer to. They tried to say I was unreasonable, rude and unfair. I feel waiting a month for an item I paid for, was told was in stock, is more than reasonable, and I got my $$$ back from my credit card company as proof that they're liars.

I got a nasty phone call from the owner of the company and a consulting firm a few days ago that now, a year and a half later, these people are going to sue me for libel, slander and defamation because I went on the 'net and told people about my experience with them. They say none of this ever happened. Well, all I can say is this. If you woulda AT LEAST kept in touch with me, called me saying "hey, it's back ordered" or something to that effect, SOME TYPE of communication, we wouldn't be in this position. I did some more digging on them and found out they like to sue people that speak about their service, or lack of. There's another company that I deal with for the same parts and right now, one of the items is back ordered, but they call me and tell me what is going on instead of making me do all the work.
