Justin DePolis Justin misrepresented an item on eBay and has ignored all requests for restitution Ontario California

I sold this radio in as is condition on e-bay, with the understanding that it was working properly, but with no microphone, and was not able to be tested fully. Secondly after an e-mail to me, it was asked that it be shipped back to me, at his charge, and that I would have it fixed, and ship it back as his charge. this guy hasn't contacted me since. He has also not left any e-bay feedback. (which would indicate the problem existed) Third of all, the person's personal information has been recorded along with the complaint filed, and sent to local law enforcement in my area, and his should he decide to show up. I would gladly have given a refund, although how can you if you're not contacted to get the issue resolved? The guy's obviously a whacko who wants to make a big deal out of 35.00, which I could find in my couch cussions. if you read this Tom, CONTACT ME so we can arrange a refund.
