William Franklin is a scam artist located out of Warsaw, New York. He has scammed numerous amounts of people, and his victim list continues to grow. I am trying to get the word out about this creep so others don't fall into his trap. There is an entire website out there dedicated solely to him, his aliases, tales of fraud, etc. My personal story is up there as well. The web address is www.williamfranklinfraud.com. Please help bring him down!!!
