Leon Stearns is a seller who lists items on eBay, and Amazon.com. He is very dishonest, and rude with customers. He has been known to steal. Leon Stearns is bad news. Please be warned to stay away from anything he does as far as online sales go. He is located in Austin, Texas.

This guy, Matt Parker in New Castle, IN, is unbelievable. He keeps filing fraudulent reports and doesn't even have the decency to use his own name. What else do you expect from a coward?
Check out Amazon.com and look up his seller name: NC PI, Disc Lots, movies_plus (he keeps changing them). You'll see that his account has been closed by Amazon.com for fraud. Check out this guy's feedback...he's received over 50 negative feedbacks in less than two months!
Matt Parker is a pathological liar and a thief.
He has been reported to the United States Postal Service for mail fraud, the Federal Trade Commission for interstate commerce fraud and the Texas Attorney General.

He sold me some stuff on Amazon, never shipped it. Got my money and my product. I had to file an a-z claim to get my funds back from Amazon.

Matt had an eBay account in which he sold DVD's that he claimed to be New Releases. However, they were old double feature movies that you've never heard of. Of course, I discovered this after I purchased from him. He refused to refund my money. I left him negative feedback and reported him to eBay SafeHarbor. Apparently, I was not the only one he cheated as his account was cancelled by eBay. His eBay screen name was NewCastlePI. After all of this he listed ME on the ripoff report. I have perfect feedback on eBay and near perfect on Amazon.com. My screen name on both is leonstearns. Feel free to look up either.
