Our Friend here Randy Wilbers, an insurance agent in Jefferson City Missouri, recently joined my lead generating service. Upon joining Randy invested $2000.00 dollars via-credit card, and also received a 10% incentive in free leads ($12.50 per auto, $17.50 per home). This being said Randy was then sent a contract, stating that his money will be refunded for the amount LEFT in your account that HAS NOT been used towards leads. After time, Randy contacted me on the 27th of October, notifying me that he was yet to receive a home lead yet, this is after he has used all his free money towards leads stating
"
Anonymous,

I am getting concerned with your leads, when we did this origionally it was for the exclusive home leads and I let you include the auto's to help generate volume, to date we have not received a single home lead only auto's. I am really hoping we don't have to utilize the gurantee of satisfaction for the complete refund of the $2000 Let me know what's up."

That being sent to I, as Randy's account manager, what would any account manager do? Send more leads, and try to develop more home leads in his area (you can't make leads, you have to generate them). After time, Randy decided to leave our service, which my company and I had no problem doing, for the amount left in his account. Randy decided to charge back through the credit card company, making false accusations to receive ALL his money back, not the amount left in his account. I send this RIPOFF Report out to notify all people dealing with Randy on a business basis. Randy Signed an agreement stating he accepts these guidelines, but as time told, Randy was an illegitimate agent to do business with, cannot follow his own agreements that he signed to. Just looking out for all so no one else would have to go through this problem, with this "businessman."

Speak about me getting bumped on the head huh?

I am no longer in the insurance leads industry, although my time with the company I worked for was very pleasant I had to move on.  Before I post my proof, I would first like to thank the 60-70 other insurance agents for not dealing with this matter in a childish manner.
________________________________________________________________________

This was your Email on 10/23 saying you have not received home leads yet with your investment.  This being said when you email me at this time it was after the $200.00 dollars in free leads had been used, so from my prospective you were well aware by 10/23 you used up your free leads, considering the $200.00 was used by 10/10.  I don't see where the problem is now, and the fact of the matter is in that Email, you never mentioned anything about me not warning you when the $200.00 being used.  For your own personal reference to the email, I included it at the bottom.  Thank you.

I am getting concerned with your leads, when we did this origionally it was for the exclusive home leads and I let you include the auto's to help generate volume, to date we have not received a single home lead only auto's.  I am really hoping we don't have to utilize the gurantee of satisfaction for the complete refund of the $2000 Let me know what's up.

Thanks Randy

Obviosly a threat was not my first response in regards to this, after not following through and no resonable offer to rectify, it seems necessary.

Here is what I propose I emailed you on 10/23/2008 letting you know to contact me becuase you hadn't followed through on your commitment to me and you didn't respond until today.  Therefor, it would seem appropriate to credit all leads post 10/23/2008 and I will pay for the ones prior that date minus the $200.

You say you thought I was happy with the service, however you did nothing to contact me and find out.  It appears you misunderstood the message on 10/23 however you did nothing to clarify it.  This doesn't appear to be good service, and I am glad some of your clients are happy, I am sure more would be if you did what you say you are going to do.

If I ran my office this way I would be out of the business soon.

Let me know if you are going to do anything to rectify this.

Thanks Randy

Randy,

Randy I'm sorry that I didn't contact you, If your requesting all your money back, I cannot do that, due to the fact you did sign an agreement stating that you will be refunded upon cancellation of our service all the money not spent towards leads.  That being said there is no need to threaten me saying you have my client list, being that I have clients that are happy with our service, and my customer support. These clients were willing to work with me through there full amount on the investment.  If I felt that $200.00 would show you my quality of service in your area, I would of asked  you to sign up for that initial amount.  I do apologize for not contacting you, but the fact of the matter is you used up all your $200.00 in free leads by October 10th, 2008, and there was no conflict till now, so as far as I knew, and my company, you were satisfied with our service.  When you sent me the Email about receiving more Home leads, I did take it to the furthest extent to try and produce you more home leads, but when push comes to shove, I cannot just make up Home leads.  I would like to figure out a way to resolve this problem, in a professional matter instead of threats.  Thank you

You committed to calling me after the $200 in free leads to make sure I was satisfied this didn't happen. Therefor I expect full refund, If I can't get it from your company I will need to go to my credit card company to get it, don't forget we have documentation that says you will contact me at the $200 mark and make sure I am satisfied before being charged for leads.  I also have a list of other agents you work with if we can't get this resolved.

Thanks Randy

Randy,
All that I am able to refund  you on is Bogus leads, which you and I went over when you signed on board with my program.  Also you can be reimbursed for any amount not credited towards leads.  Thank you.

Randy,
I'm sorry that I did not contact you after the 10% incentive was used.  That being said, I want to see what I can do to keep your service.  I do value your business Randy, and want to make you happy, by providing you with a quality lead service. Please write back.

When we made our commitment with you and your company to provide leads for us you committed to calling me after we received the $200 in free leads and see if I was satisfied before we received leads to be charged for, this didn't happen.  Therfore I expect full refund of any charges made by your company and discontinuence of any leads provided, I sent you an email three weeks ago asking you to start honoring your part of this commitment and that didn't happen either.  Sorry this didn't work out please make the necessary refunds to the credit card account you have on file to prevent further action.

Thanks Randy Wilbers

Our Friend here lead genereating sales person, New York

AUTHOR: randy - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 23, 2010

This Anonymous lead generating sales person from New York, obviously would like to stay anonymous  for his own reasons.  Which would lead most of us to think that he was probably in the wrong, incentives needed to make a sale of this kind(really if this person had a good lead generating system would he need to add incentives to get it sold).  This offer was at a full refundable gurantee if Randy Wilbers was at all dissatisfied with the services provided, thats the only reason Randy Wilbers would invest $2000 into something like this.  Due to the lead providing company doing a very sloppy job, absolutely no service when left messages doing whatever they could to avoid phone calls(typically running away from communication because they new they were offering a really bad service) Randy asked for his refund and got it through the processes they told him to use. Then they file this report, looks to me like they didn't really want to stand behind their gurantee, but because all precautions and processes were taken the proper way, they had to. Now they got upset and would like to report something like this on a rip off report.  Many of you know me in the area and know there is no way, this lead generating sales person who is telling the story could in no way be an honest view of what happened.  This lead generating sales person is why many of us have joined things like the do not call list, to avoid people with this type of morality.  I would take further action in correcting this lead generating sales person but obviously they must of been extremely desperate and probably don't work for that company any longer, so it might harm someone in their place, that might be more mature and have a family to feed, so all we will do is file this rebutale.  Really this lead generating sales person from New York must of really bumped his head good somewhere before telling a story like this one and becoming so inmature as to file a report like this, when all of the the action taken was in line with what he offered to start with.  By the way this contract stated full refund if at all dissatisfied, and obviously the money was satisfactory returned.
