Legacy OSP Not sure of other names used by this company... Costly Collect Call . . . Legacy OSP Over-Charges Many Customers!!! Cypress, California

I received a collect call from a family member today. My family member and I spoke briefly for less than ten minutes. After hanging up, I decided to check my online banking system, only to discover that I had been charged $35.00 for a ten minute phone call through a company called Legacy OSP.

My initial reaction was to GOOGLE the company name and get a hold of a representative. I discovered no "official website" of the company, but an overwhelming number of online complaints by frustrated customers instead! In spite this service being an obvious rip-off, they still exist. And I'm sure there's some fancy jargon established that makes it all LEGAL. The funny thing is . . . most people utilize collect calling services in case of emergencies. This service is beyond a rip off . . . it's UNETHICAL and needs to be stopped!
