When I got a collect call from my brother, calling from MIAInternationalAirport to TX, I requested to charge the call to my phone bill...like in the old days. The operator indicated that the only way to connect him was by C. Card # + Security Code. I fail to ask about the fees and of course they dont tell you anything upfront.

The charge was about $28 for about 3-5 minutes to my card. There are tons of other complaints about this company. I have disputed the charge and changed my credit card number...they will have to work hard to get what they claim is their well earned money.
