JAMES WARSING, WJW ENTERPRISES, MORTGAGE HELPERS, Foreclosure help ripoff, scammer Ashtabula Ohio

Promises to help you keep your house from going into foreclosure. Very reasuring from the beggining constantly telling you, you have a good chance of saving your home. Tells you not to contact the mortgage company, they will do all the negotiating for you. Problem is he never remembers who you are, after you pay him his fee of $700.00 to $1,000.00.

He also has you save your house payments in a savings account, and when he says you have enough to negotiate with mortgage company, he wants you to send him the money. He supposidly puts it in an escrow account. None of this money is returned to you. I luckily did not send him my money, I insisted on holding it myself. I made out a chasiers check to my mortgage company, and sent him a copy of it. He constantly put me off, saying the attorneys handling it weren't getting back to him.

Then it was the mortgage company that wasn't getting back to them. I contacted mortgage company and they said no one had contacted them, and with out my permission(in writing)they would not have talked to them about it.
I called him when my hearing was set and he said I didn't have to go to it, or worry about it. The hearing came and went, and of course the mortgage company began foreclosure percidings. Still Warsing said I didn't have anything to worry about.

I finally got aggravated by being put off and did investing on my on about him. Turns out there were BBB reports filed, news articles about him, and the Ohio Attorney Generals Office has a lawsuit against him.
I imagine he would tell me today don't worry the mortgage co. doesn't want your house, right up to the time the sherrif knocks on my door.

I probably won't get my $950.00 back, but I feel people should be aware of his practices.
