This company promises a lifetime return policy yet they don't return your funds. Most troubling is that they then continue to steal money from your credit card each month for supplements you never ordered at U$97/month.

When you return your product, return it registered mail and get a receipt. When the Supplements arrive, send an email stating you never ordered them and get a cancellation number. Then call your bank and have them reverse the charges.

This is outright theft. Their DVDs also are garbage yet what would you expect from a petty criminal.
