Fraudulent credit card practices, Trying to collect debts that are fictious, Unfair credit practices, Unfair collection practices, Falsifying documents, Falsely reporting derogitory credit to credit bureaus Rochester Minnesota

The following companies have harassed me via phone, U.S. mail and credit companies for the last 10+ years.

I have never owed them money or ever charged anything on one of their credit cards, but they have fraudulently created debts for me and attempted to collect them, thou I have letters from the office of the Vice President of the Bank of Marin proving so.

I have extensive paperwork proving this, so if there is an attorney out there who would like to take this on, I am ready to help in any way I can. These people are relentless and criminal, why doesn't someone do something about this.????

Tomorrow, I am going to the FBI, the Attorney General of the State of Idaho and anyone else who will listen and try to put these companies out of business.

The companies are, First National Bank of Marin, MCM or Midland Credit Management Inc, Credit One Bank, Midland Funding LLC/Bank of Marin, Affiliated Credit Services and I am uncovering other names associated with this company the further I look.
