Hallmark Institute Of Photography, George J. Rosa III, Andy Vecellio, Ed Martin Education Scam, Failure to Pay, Ripoff, Beware Turner Falls Massachusetts

Beware this school may be insolvent or on dangerous financial footing. My company does student recruiting. We provided student recruiting services to Hallmark Institute for several months. I was told by my accountant several months into the project that they had not paid their invoices for several months.

Every attempt to broach the subject with them just let to evasive action. After a while Andy Vecellio, who we signed the contract with, stopped taking my calls. At that point we stopped providinig recruiting services. His secretary told me that he was on a campus tour every time. Ed Martin told me that I would get a call back but I did not. Every time I called him he was not available. My take is that this comes from the top down. The corrupt CEO, of this over-priced for-profit school, George J. Rosa III, is the mastermind behind this failure to pay.

I filed a complaint in Californian court and they did not even reply. That complaint is now being taken to a Massachusets court. If you are looking to atttend this school -- BEWARE!
