Stephen Kevin Morgan dead beat dad ripoff $34,000.00 in the rears and protected by the law what is wrong with the politics here? Tucson Arizona

Steve is $34,000.00 in the rears. The legal aspect of it is a joke. No wonder why so many children are on welfare. The courts already on two occasions have tried serving Steve court papers, to take him to court. Now isn't that a joke, they have to serve him papers informing him of a court day, so the judge can tell him he hasn't been paying support...well dah...I think he knows.

The child enforcement agency has confirmed his P.O. Box, his phone bill, but has yet to notify him. The bottom line is Steve already knows he is breaking a court order, so why does child support enforcement have to take him to court to tell him this, before they can put a warrant out for his arrest.I wonder if other criminals get this priviledge.
