Apple DJ provided us the worst DJ for our wedding Rick Sarko: he was late, poorly dress, disruptive, and STUPID! We discussed the wedding plans and such with him a few days before and he repeatedly asked the same questions on our wedding day --interuppting our pictures and dinner to ask them! We had an outdoor wedding in which he was setting up during the wedding ceremony because he was late and didn't provide all the professional equipment that was promised: 1 set of lights instead of 2, the crappiest karaoke set up, and no fog machine. Sarko even tried to leave early at 12am despite our contract of unlimited music until at least 3am!
Sam T. at Apple has been terrible to deal with. He doesn't return calls and made us repeat our complaints again and again! Use a pen and paper!!!
We filed a complaint with the BBB. They have 11 outstanding complaints on them that Apple fails to address. SAM T.=all talk and no action. WE ARE TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
