Leonard owns and runs Design USA LTD. He has been selling used merchandise as such from meijers store in is retail in Fort Gratiot, Michigan at the birchwood mall. He has been cheating customers, he has plans of filing or has already filing for bankrupcy, and has been selling personal items from his home in this mall. He is planning to leave after the merchandise is sold down in the three of his stores left. He has been accepting shipments, knowing he is not going to pay his vendors.
I think he needs to be stopped immediately! This type of behavior is uncalled for and he is hurting his employees, as some are in the dark as to what's going on. He is telling the birhwood employees, that he is the owner, and can make the decisions the sell the used merchandise and that it is legal. Mind you, these are used pieces that came from his own home. Maybe I am wrong to assume that this wrong, but I don't think so. Thank you for any help that you can give me.

This is a malicious and spiteful, sub-literate, statement by a terminated employee. It should not be regarded as anything else by any intelligent reader.
Leonard Xerri has always maintained the highest ethical standards but , unfortunately, a victim of Michigan's depressed economy did lead to a bankruptcy filing after he used every resource he had to pay bills.
The Design USA - New England Home stores won numerous awards for retail design and offered an excellent value for the consumer's money. The products sold included many faux antiques, which are not "used" merchandise.
The inclusion of this report on this web site has caused extreme hardship to a very fine person.
