 I ordered a Microtech Ultratech SE from Horizon Outdoors and the deal worked out GREAT! When I placed my order, it was for a black tactical ultratech, which was not in stock so Joyce upgraded my order to a black tactical with carbon fiber scales (Sweet).

The order was sent out the day after I placed (I am on the west coast) Im more that satisfied with their service and will buy from them again.

I have done business with Nick for 7 years without a problem, except now, after a brief lapse of time, he claims he does not know me and dismisses my emails to him about an order or question about a particular product.

Previous purchases, and emails went without a hitch, no problems, have had 7+ orders arrive from him and all were correct.

It's obvious that Brad Skipper of Swinguard has mounted a personal attack on Horizon Outdoors. The reason is that the owner of Horizon and a group of "watchdogs" that monitor the knife business, have proven time and again that Brad Skipper is a con and, while his prices are cheaper than some, he only sends product that his customers pay good money for, some of the time. I hope anybody reading this realizes what is going on here and is smart enough to read between the lines. The bad press on Brad "swinguard" skipper is everywhere on the knife forums and most companies won't even deal with him. Horizon, on the other hand, has a spotless reputation when it comes to standing behind their service. If you have a question, ask the manufacturer of the knives. They will tell yu that Horizon is among the best in the business.

I have never had any experience like the ones mentioned in the reports, this is one of the best of this type of business on the interne5t, and these allegations are ridiculous. Hi ,first off i'd like to say that I AM the real richard from kingston. someone used my name to make it look like I have a problem with Nick.
Just the opposite ,Nick is one of the most respected sellers in the business.
I know that this is an attempt to slander his good name by another seller who has several legitimate complaints filed against him.
There are hundreds if not thousands who can attest to the quality of service and merchandise supplied by Nick and his company.
If needed ,I will personally ask them to all come forward and post this, please don't believe a word of this other report .
