I ordered two grill parts online on 05/02/2007
for the amount of $24.84. I have been trying to get these parts for the past 7 days so i can get my grill up and running. I have been trying to get in contact with them by e-mail and by phone all three or four of there numbers and no reply from them, I sent the first e-mail a week ago and the second 4 days ago, and still no reply. They are a rip off they talk about customer service while on wait to talk to someone and I have not seen anything such as that from them. They charged my card two days later and the shipping info says 3-5 days.
