Aspire Credit / Midland Funding LLC can someone please help me and my mother Worcester Massachusetts

So here is my problem Aspire Credit/ Midland Funding seems to have the right to harass people with no explanation.Also they seem to be a hidden company due to the fact that my mother nor I can seem to find a psychical address on them or even a number to be able to talk to a person that isn't a recording. One day in particular that I remember very well I had picked up the phone for a man who did not identify him self just informed me that he needed to speak with my mother about a business matter when I gave her the phone my mother identified her self and proceeded to explain that due to financial hardships at the time she could not pay the card in full but would be willing to make a payment plan with the man and make a payment as soon as she could. I guess that was not good enough answer for him because the very rude man on the other end started screaming at her how that was not good enough and she should of thought of that before using her card so she hung up on him. For about 2 months after that we received constant calls from this same collection agency on behalf of Midland Funding, and when I say constant I mean every time the phone rang it was them demanding to speak to my mother. and even when I would answer the phone and tell them that I was not my mother they would lay in to me how they needed payment, and how much she owed them, Now I could be wrong but I thought that they were suppose to make sure that the person on the other end of the phone is the account holder before you release that kind of information? nope not midland funding they seem to play by their own rules. Then about a month or so later my mother was summonsed to court were midland funding got a court order against my mother a women who was unemployed at the time to pay a bill for 1239.04.. now to start off the balance on the card to start with was 500.00 dollars I'm still having a problem understanding how it went for 500.00 to 1239.04 . my mother also explained to the judge and the midland funding's attorney that she was experiencing finical hardship and would try her best to pay it but could not promise anything. At the second hearing they did drop the balance to 1184.18 for her because I believe that midland funding finally understood the simple English words that were coming out of her mouth that she could not pay them and be able to live. now this was in sept of this year she is due back in court in march of 09 and now Midland funding is treating to take her 4,500.00 dollor car that was giving to her as a gift from her boyfriend how is any of this legal how can this company not have a psychical address or any contact information and when you call the number on the back of the card you get constant recordings telling to to call this number and that number and no one answers the phone and we are transferred to countless answering services and no one gets back to you, and there is no contact information on the court papers to get a hold of there attorney to make other arrangements. Moral of this story STAY CLEAR OF MIDLAND FUNDING / ASPIRE CREDIT. If any one has any information that could help us it would be greatly appreciated
