I tried to pay with a credit card, because Black Bull said I could use a Credit card.   However Black bull towing said I had to have a PIN number to use my "credit card".  Actually they were requiring a cash advance  debit from my credit card.  So At 10 PM. I had to make a trip to an ATM to get cash to pay this rip off rude company.

I did not want to use Black Bulls service.  They towed and then stored my vehicle because it had out of state tags and they knew I could do nothing but pay.  I called BB and was told I could pay the bill with a credit card.  Then after driving for two hours after work and then being told I couldn't use my credit card at 10 at night.  The tow itself was only to extort money.  And being out of state and 130 miles away, It would cost more to fight the tow and Black Bull know this.  Its a license to steal.  Obviously if I want to use a tow company, I would pay in advance, if necessary.

Yet again....

Yet again the consumer throws a tantrum because they dont get their way. Why cash you may ask?? because they are tired of people LIKE YOU who will use their services and then turn around and dispute the charges with their card company. Your CREDIT CARD IS NOT THE COIN OF THE RELM!!!! Thats CASH!!!! They DO NOT have to take you card, so stop your whining you crybaby!!! Odds are you would have used their services and then done the same thing. PEOPLE cannot be trusted anymore. The American Citizen is a self-important self-entitled dipstick with ZERO redeeming qualities. Honesty is ACID and INTEGRITY is non existant. YOU would think no more of screwing them out of the money then you would THINK about swatting a fly. THATS why they want CASH!!! You cant turn around AFTER you have been towed and dispute a CASH payment.

You will just have to accept that this is the direction that ALL business is heading towards. No CASH No PLAY!! With all of the idnetity theft and SCAMMING that the very same customers who they would have helped an hour ago WILL do, CASH is the ONLY way to ensure that workers are getting paid. Maybe if the American COnsumer wasnt such a thief and disrespectful numbskull businesses would be more willing to give some wiggleroom on payment.

YOU were NOT ripped off. And what THEY did was to ensure that YOU were not going to rip them off. And make no mistake about it, YOU WOULD DO IT. Especially if YOU thought you could get away with it. You can TRY and lie and say "Oh no!! I would NEVER do such a thing..." But numbers dont lie. And a good amount of the American Populous WILL and DOES. So all THEY were doing is PROTECTING themselves from someone THEY thought would use their card and 5 mins after getting home screw THEM over all the while thinking how smart they are that they got something for nothing.

Get over it and get used to it. Because until WE as consumers change, they wont. YOU are definatly NOT leading by example. Your ENTIRE post is nothing but a way to make YOU feel better. Does it shock you that they dont trust you???

Did you park illegally?

Well then all tow yards require cash because it happened to me at a point in time in Ft Worth.  SO if you parked somewhere in the stockyards or anywhere in downtown then you should have looked at the signs because they will tow you.

Getting Back at Black Bull for Criminal Behavior

AUTHOR: Texas Towing Compliance - ()

POSTED: Sunday, May 04, 2014

You should file an online complaint against Black Bull's vehicle storage facility license with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation, as they will be fined $2000 for this violation.

It is also advised to contact Norred Law and request representation for a statutory violation lawsuit against Black Bull and parking facility you were towed from, as Black Bull has been found guilty many times already for illegal towing because they gave something of value to the property manager in connection with the removal of vehicles.  Be sure to Visit Texas Towing Compliance to learn more about your rights.

Be sure to file a complaint here on Ripoff Report so the authorities will know and consumers will avoid the same issues you experienced.. Ripoff Report is public and government agency sites don’t show how many complaints there are, so we never really know how bad a company is.
