Kristina Rudeen engaged with BrandCo for 11 hours of custom design work to a website that she had in progress.  We were the 5th company to try to work with her to build this website- Kristina inadvertently forwarded an email from her previous web companies who also fired her as a client because she was a chronic complainer and difficult to work with.

After my first conversation with Kristina on 1/28 I could see there was no win-win and she was not willing to accept any responsibility or compromise.  What Kristina was asking for was dozens of hours-- maybe 50 or 60 hours worth of custom programming and development.  Nothing like the 11 hours that she paid to have the design work done.  (See attached image of a SOW from another company that Kristina claims we promised her in 11 hours)  

After investigating her comments/complaints I provided Kristina a full refund of the 11 hours as there was no way to turn this situation into a satisfied customer.  Quite frankly - I think the next web company she works with should beware.

We have been in the web development space for years and every staff member that Kristina mentioned below has bent over backwards to be accommodating- they have been yelled at, hung up on, and insulted.  And we will not do business with clients like this.  Our reputation is superior- we have thousands of satisfied clients (call any client with made by BrandCo in the footer) and you will see that this is a dishonest client trying to get stuff for free- and she didn't like that I gave her her money back and wouldn't play the game.

Kristina was not victimized- there was no bait and switch and absolutely at no time was any confidential information shared with any 3rd party.  This complant is full of misrepresentations, lies and is intended to purposefully slander my good name.
