Comprehensive Family Services New York, New York extorted money for services and commited fraud, violated my privacy, was abusive, charged for services not given, charged for telephone calls and emails, falsified information with intent to harm me, disclosed confidential documents and emails with intent to harm me. Take advantage of and abuse litigants from courts rights by only allowing parents to see their childen through the agency when they pay hourly fees of $65 to $250 an hour and this is ordered by the court otherwise parents cannot see their children . This place must be investigated and the directors must be investigated and their books reviewed for past years wherein they have extorted money from parents who only wish to see their children and this agency has a small room wherein multiple families must squeeze in.  Mr Hans Menmos is particularily abusive and complaints are numerous pls.  Stop abuses to parents and children's rights and fraud and extortion by the courts and the corrupt agencies that are parasites of the courts in NY and other states and Mr. Spitzer runs businesses like this in other states shut them down lock him up New York New York

This agency is an agency for parents to have parenting time with their children supervised by the agency's social workers. Many of the staff sent out with families are not social workers and do not have licenses and must not be charging large fees for alleged services. The agency extorts huge fees for their alleged services of $65 to $250 an hour to be subjected to these incompetent people having to spend time with you and your children and you have to pay them. YOu have to give them a retainer first and sign away your rights and give them plenty of rights over you. It takes a month to three months before you even get services as your check has to clear and they have to select a therapist to work with your family and you. Some people get free supervised parenting paid for by your tax dollars through the courts wherein they are still given at least $65 an hour to spend two hours a week with a parent and their children after three sessions they must get renewal in court which they always get as this is corrupt explotation by the court and various agencies to make $ for corporation counsel (agency that oversees the court's finances in our states).

The agency charges for travel time a full hour of their fees for any trips you wish to take with your children out of the office and the office is tiny and packed with parents and children and many of the alleged social workers do not have licenses yet charge excessive fees. The agency charges for phone calls and emails so they intentionally do not give you a set arrangment for meeting each week with them and they fit you in at their convenience during rush hour in the winter and other times when they have no regard for your long trip from another part of the city and your kids being tired and the trip being very costly to travel downtown Manhattan where there is no parking.

Mr. Spitzer is the director along with Bettina Thomson and they are both mean and abusive and will send out your private info to the court without your written consent and they are vindictive if you do not pay all they want and do what they say as they will try to punish you by making a bad report to the court about your parenting skills. They will send out your emails and all communications you have with them. One of their social workers Mr. Hans Menmos overcharges, double bills, charges for times and dates you did not meet with him and he texts his friends while you are meeting with you r children and helps in no way except to insult you in front of your children. He is always late for sessions but if you are 5 minutes late he will put that in his report about you and he will write mean things about you if you ever make complaints against him. Mr. Spitzer and Ms. Thompson have been running this scam in conjunction with the NY Court system shamefully for years and years and investigations must be done and the place must be shut down. The FBI must investigate this agency and why court is doing this asap and get witnesses to testify at Moreland Commission.
