CONCRETE Construction BY BILL MOORE never finished the job Fulton MO

I hired Bill Moore of Concrete Construction From Fulton Mo.Callaway County in June of 99 to build us a home it was to be unfinished and we are finishing it, He neglected at the time to tell us it was going to be a when I feel like it job, After several months DEC. it was done enough where we could move in Bill Moore was paid in full for his job but has not come back to finish what he was to do or paid for.

When I asked for my house I wanted a full concrete basement , he convinced me to go wood front, by doing so he would put siding on it , since it was not in writing he refused to do so, I know nothing can be done with that but he is suppose to complete the things he was required to do , and expansion beam in the basement is not finished he promised he would be back to finish that the doors and grade the back so it would not flood which it does badly , I have called and he ignores are calls , this man kept us homeless and moving from relative to relative waiting on our home , but now that he has been paid in full he ignores are calls to finish his job.

I have been calling every ten days trying to get him to finish his job, he will not answer or return our calls this house has cost more then we expected and we are out of money to hire someone else to finish the job he was paid to do.

He deliberatley took longer building the house we beg him to get it done as my husband is active duty military and we needed a home Now we are stuck with a leaky basement with an expansion beam held up by a couple of wobbly two by fours.
