I am going to recommend to every individual who reads this that you avoid Dinsmore Cleaners on 740 Adams St NE in Minneapolis, MN 55413 (612) 379-2277 and at 2900 Johnson St NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418 (612) 781-9290.
Please view the attached photos. They had done a very poor job on dry cleaning and pressing a worsted wool suit coat of mine and on the re-do it came back poorly pressed so I took it to another cleaner and had to pay twice to get it done to a reasonable standard of quality.
The dress shirt came back with numerous wrinkles and stains on the bottom. This is fresh out of their cleaners.
The Plant Manager, Mary Beth displayed an attitude of insensitivity and shows no value in keeping their customers. When the counter person at their Johnson St location witnessed me taking photos, she laughed about it which showed her contempt.
There are a number of customer service complaints on Dinsmore Cleaners and they are very disappointing.
Should you choose to use their services and something of this nature happens to you, please remind yourself of the gentleman who advised against it.
Very poor quality and customer service attitudes. Google them and check out their reviews on Citysearch and other places.
