no awards? go to emcohanover.com and then the chairman link: actual pictures are shown of numerous awards; no publications: do the same! obviously, this cowardly and "undisclod=sed" complaintant can not read. perhaps, given the details of 50 years of business involvment, this "non-descript' and "non-specific" complaintant would like to have a challenge of his "life's" credentialss to the undersized.

Obviously, the writer can not read nor can understand pictures where awards are inscribed. Further many of the awards received have been published in local newspaper and even in the Congressional Record. Further, when one testifies as an expert in Court, here in some 50 cited cases, one can not lie about one's credentials for they are presented under penalty of perjury directly to a Judge and Jury. In addition to reference a written article, one has to be able to present the actual article in question in Court which the undersigned has done in referencing one's credentials and then if it is order by a Court of Law, criminal charges can be filed against a Complaintant. It is always interesting when one criticizes and then hides one's identity. That alone must tell a reader that maybe there is little truth in the person who is doing the critique.

The 2006 anonymous report was written by an officer of a Southern California company (Award Packaging) and involved the filing of fraudulent federal and state tax returns whereby an officer, who was not a full time employee but the "non-qualified" housewife of the owner with little involvment at bests in the Company, was being paid the highest compensation in the Company, as per their U.S. Federal and State Tax Returns which were signed under penalty of perjury. This was uncovered by EMCO Hanover after considerabe investigation who had prior completed a required IRS opinion letter for estate planning purposes. This posting was the Company's retaliation to such a finding.
