Equinox Skin Care Equinox DNA Fraudently Charged Fees on Checking Account Dalls, Texas

Equinox Skin Care charged my checking account using illegally obtained information.  The first charge was for $4.95 and the second charge 14 days later was for $99.00.  When Equinox was called on the 14th day they refused to refund the amounts even though the product was not ordered, not authorized, not received and not requested.  Their subscription policy is cancellation in 14 days and despite a call from both myself and the bank they refused to refund any money.  I have disputed the charges. 

Unfortunately, it appeared based on the phone calls their phone reps were quite well versed in this kind of call (when they could understand the conversation).  I feel that Equinox is fraudently obtaining funds and should refund not only my money but all other questionable purchases as well.

I can't say if the product is good, bad or indifferent because I never ordered it or received it.
