Wow - it's been on year & 22 days since my last lead from everycontractor.com. You know - that devious company that "guarantees" a 15 times return on investment? Nothing new to report here, other than the fact that they are still a scam, still a waste of your time, energy & money, and should be criminally charged for fraud, RICO violations, or anything else the Feds can hang them on.

Did you know the owner of the company did time for fraud?

I felt physically ill reading some of these other reports. They are such a perfect reflection of my horrid experience with these sleazebags it's uncanny. leads that magically appear, yet the contractor is never notified, so the contractor doesn't pick up the lead in 24 hours, and **POOF** you're now in violation of your terms & conditions, and there goes your guarantee.

I faxed them my cell records, showing the date & that no call had come from them for the ONE LEAD I HAVE EVER RECEIVED, and they had the audacity to tell me that I never entered my cell number as a contact point.

Smoke & mirrors, bait & switch, and I, and many others like me, are out thousands of dollars to this unethical firm run by a man with no integrity.

Please, for the love of God PLEASE, stay away. Do not ever, EVER do business with this firm. You'd be better off starting your money on fire.

They also state that they have only 109 BBB reports, and "noone have gone unresolved." That's a crock in my casde, and I expect many more. They responded to mt BBB report with lies & half truths, and said that in their mind they considered the matter resolved.

Crooks, liars, unethical scam artists, con-men, & people with no moral character. if that's the crowd you like to run with - sign up. Sans that - KEEP YOUR MONEY, and stay away from ER MANAGEMENT

I would like to start by introducing myself. My name is Matt and I am the Director of Customer Compliance here with Everycontractor. In response to "Jeffs" claims, I offer the following information to paint a larger picture for the reader.

Everycontractor was founded nearly 11 years ago. We started small and over the years we grew with leaps and bounds. We are now a large company with close to 40,000 paying customers, 23,000 square feet of office space and over 100 loyal employees whos only goal is to assure satisfaction with the customer and maintain the quality of the product.

An important priority of ours is protecting the integrity of the terms and conditions that we've put into place to protect, not only the consumer but our company as well. Many of "Jeffs" claims are not only false but he fails to mention that he did, in fact, accept an additional year of service which does not expire until 4/25/2009, for free offered by our company, although, he was out of compliance with the terms of our service.

Before we consider a contractor or service professional to be one of our Preferred Contractors, they must agree to the terms and conditions of the program to be eligible for a FULL money back guarantee. Are we perfect? No. For those contractors that were able to abide by the simple terms of their purchase, and we fell short of the guaranteed amount of work that was promissed, we have issued a few refunds over the years and parted friends. We feel as though picking up job leads within 24 hours of being assigned, keeping the companys profile updated quartely and providing feedback within 2 weeks on residential jobs and 3 weeks on commercial jobs, is little to ask. We offer a full money back guarantee with the service which you will not find with any other company of this kind.

We have found that the truely, upset, angry and un-cooperative customers are only those that agreed to the terms and conditions within the contract upon purchasing and over the course of the 12-month program thought we were joking. WE WILL PROVIDE A FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE WITH THE PROGRAM assuming the terms are abided by.

On a side note, upon reviewing the documentation that we presented to the Better Business Bureau, they administratively closed "Jeffs" case. As of 6/27/2008, we have only 118 complaints within the past 36 months, and do stand with a SATISFACTORY rating in the eyes of the BBB due to the volume of customers that we have.
