Federal legislation departmnet of unsecured loans and travis williams they called my partner early this morning and said to have me call me them. if i didnt they said they were sorry and wish me luck on the situation that is about to unfold. I called and they hung up on me and I then icalled back and the travis guy said I ahve an hour to get 438.00 dollar and that I did these 2 weeks ago. I have no money fromt hese places and 90.00 never came out of my account. He said I ahve an hr to get the money with my name and ss# or I was going to federal prison for 6 months and going to b picked up at my job on friday. Dallas Texas

There are over 700 complaints listed on multiple websites about Travis and His Indian Cohorts, some are in the US and are currently under investigation and the others are using a program that spoofs fake numbers.

The entire company is a Scam and they claim to represent almost every internet payday advance company, the funny thing is the very companies they claim to represent are waiting to file massive lawsuits and criminal complaints once this group of crooks is arrested. Don't pay them a dime, they got your info off the internet by breaking into the programs that match lenders to people that fill out those online payday information forms, once you fill one of those out they will make dozens of calls using different company names, just tell them you were made aware of the scam by police and hang up..keep notes of every day and time plus name when they call and update the complaints you make often. They will all be behind bars one day.

Here is the " Federal Office " that Travis works for...he is now in Deeep trouble, and his law firm ( if they are an actual law firm ) could lose their license,..make sure you follow up on this 

I called Travis..he is a Garden variety loser of a collectorand is in a Huge amount of trouble if he stated he is from or represents the Fed Govt...he is looking at Jail time and his company at Fines. Besides contacting local law enforcement you also need to contact the FTC and your states Consumer Protection Bureau..here are some web addresses for you. I am going to call Travis tomorrow and have some fun, i used to nail collectors that used illegal means to harass people ( as a job ), so I cannot wait to see how he reacts. Contact your local law enforcment and report this...you are being Scammed !!, there is no such dept and the Feds would not be calling you over the phone. Thes is obviously some Puke scammer preying on people, for your own protection report this immediately and also ask the officer about pressing charges for harassment etc..you may have a civil case if these guys get arrested and definitely if they are charged with a Federal crime.
