This company no longer list an address and www.acaiberrymaxx.com claims they are no longer taking orders.

However DJM*LIFSTYLEFIT.COM is now making unauthorized charges even after you canceled your free trial and can document by return mail receipt that you returned the product within the first 10 days.

I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and State Attorney Generals Office to have a credit initially. It has been over three months, and now a new charge from a group called the Fit Factory www.fitfactory.com and they have a different phone number (435) 773-1795.

The scam goes that this new group charges your credit card and they claim you signed up for this service with Acai Berry Maxx. However you can no longer reach Acai Berry Maxx. You'll call 877-407-1022 and then they will say you need to verify your name, mailing address and then they will ask for your credit card number...lol...fool me once shame on you...

I requested a physical address on the business and they refused, they also refused to provide a supervisor, a refund or provide anything that will allow you to document the call.

Then if you file a complaint on-line along comes some one who claims it is a mistake, but they do not have enough information to give the person a refund. They tell you to call 435-773-1795 or now to email customerservice@cshelp.org

Once you do that, again they try to get your credit card number as for some reason your name, mailing address and last four numbers of your credit card and they still cannot find you in the system. Yet they still won't issue you a refund and you will have to cancel your credit card. There is no other way to stop this scam as they continually create a new entity which fraudulently bills you.

MaquiBerry Clear - is Acai Berry Max which fraudulently bills under the scam of Fit Factory.Com and LIFSTYLEFIT.COM

AUTHOR: Escrowoftheworst - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, June 13, 2009

If you are reading this, you have also been fraudulently billed by www.fitfactory.com or DJM*LIFSTYLEFIT.COM

When you call they claim that you ordered a free sample from Acai Berry Maxx - Even if you never ordered or as many claim here canceled as agreed, they continue to bill you up to six months later.

They Acai Berry Maxx now are operating under the name MaquiBerry Clear and they have moved states.

There are over 800 complaints on Rip Off Reports. Think how many people must have been defrauded. Then they do have people who write rebuttals, but have you realized, nobody is getting a refund. Everyone says that they continue to bill there accounts and in my case they simply have stolen my credit card information and are billing it.

Becareful they truly are scam artists.

DJM*LIFTSYLEFIT.COM - WWW.FITFACTORY.COM - ACAIBERRYMAXX.COM 678-805-0458

AUTHOR: Escrowoftheworst - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, June 13, 2009

I've posted a report to warn others of the credit card fraud put forth by there companies. Yesterday, I was able to garner an actual phone number from a call they made to my home 678-805-0458 the reason this is important is simply all of the replies via email or calls are scripted.

Even the reply to my report was scripted, how do I know? I never ordered any product from any other the companies listed above. Further, they tell me they cannot refund my money, that I need to file a dispute with my credit card company.

They say they cannot refund the fraudulent charges, because they are not th original creditor. On Ripoff Reports there are hundreds of compalints. You have to realize this is a scam and the reason they continually change names, is to try and limit being able to identify who they are. They have moved locations from FL, AZ and now are in NY. That is why they continually move. Be vigilant with this group, file again with the new BBB now in New York and also the Attorney Generals Office if you are reading this on Rip Off Reports and had this scam take place under a different name, then update your report or file a new one, let everyone understand who this outfit is. Then understand all of the rebutalls never say that they will refund anyones money. No they say to call them, well I have nothing happens. Or they say did you not read when you signed up for the service. No, because it is a fraudulent charge and I never signed up. Understand that they are hoping that since you have to cancel your credit card in order to stop the charges, they believe you will not and they continue to charge you each month.
