I serviced my car Volvo/2006 Honda West Service for engine oil change on 05/10/07. The service did not have the 10W30Mobil1 Syntetic, and I provided my parts. Honda Shop did the labor.

My car milege were 16449. I went home, and 2nd day I checked my engine oil. I was very surprised to see that the oil in my engine was still very dirty. I realized that the mecanics, they've stolen my oil, and they never replaced the used one.

I went back 2nd day to the shop, and I spoke with manager Shawn. I told to him what I suspect. Mr.Shawn AGREED TO CHANGE THE OIL ONCE MORE WITHOUT ANY CHARGES. After that my car was leaking oil. Never had any leaks before. Was 3rd time when engine oil was replaced in my car. I did purchased this car as a 2nd hand car(purchase mile 6540). It was serviced before at Volvo Las Vegas. Volvo mechanics never found any leaks prior to Honda West incident.

I suspect that after my complain of stolen my engine oil, the mechanics from Honda West responded with revenge, and hit my engine pan with an hard object, which cracked the pan in a vertical position. The car its in warranty but this kind of damage will not be covered because of vandalism.

Now to fix the pan I have to pay 992$ according with Volvo inspection. THEY REFUSED TO PAY FOR THIS DAMAGE, AND THEY DISAGREE WITH MY STORY. THEY ALSO DISRESPECTED ME AND ACCUSED ME OF MADE UP ALL THIS. IT IS MY RIGHT AS A CUSTOMER TO CLAIM A THIS KIND OF PRACTICES AND BEHAVIOUR.

THEY've STOLEN MY OIL AND FOOLISH ME IN ALL ASPECTS.

MR.LARRY GenMngr TOLD ME THAT MY CAR WAS DAMAGED BEFORE, SO HE CAN EXONERATE HIS PLACE FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITIES. HE SAID THAT HE IS WASTING HIS TIME WITH ME, AND HE WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY DAMAGE.

I FOUND THIS VERY UNPLEASANT FOR ME, AND THE WAY THEY SERVE ME AS A CUSTOMER. Marian

Dear RESPONDER,

It is a LONG time since that report was posted in regards to that particular scam incident involving and/or coming from one of the mechanics that Honda West have had at that time.. My accusation were based on facts that I HAVE SEEN SINCE I WAS SITTING RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY CAR, watching that employees working on my engine oil change, so "please" cut the insinuations that are based also on disrespect telling me about my previous car that needs to find its parts at a junk yard..

So a DIRTY oil, means a dirty oil..no matter how you looking at...period..and it CAN'T be confused with a new oil..period..  The oil remaining in the engine it is in a very low quantity that will bearely be noticed in the first day and specially right after the new oil fluid was added to the engine.. I am 45 years old guy which under no circumstances you will foul me.. That was NOT my first oil change "bro".. So, the engine oil stick can visually proof that immediately.. Your manager at that time acknowledged that the oil in the engine appeared very dirty and he agreed to replaced it for free due to my concerns of being stolen with the one that I brought to them, since they did not have it in their inventory.. IF YOUR manager would have NOT noticed any inconsistencies then he should have NOT stated that the oil was quiet dirty and would have NOT replaced again for free "bro".. I will explain the rest in court, no problem..

You have the right to dispute that in court and I will be more than happy to assist with that and also tell the court how that was done, since I was right there looking at.. I am a male and obviously I can tell what labour it is done correctly and which was not performed at ALL.. I was actually very surprised that these crocks mechanics have the nerves to do it right in front of my eyes.. Well, apparently they did not care.. Despite your plane untruthful imagination assumptions, you might actually stated something that you have no CLUE of what you are talking about.. So, let me IN

FORMED YOU since you appear to have a LITTLE knowledge of mechanics/the real position of the plastic oil filter cap or lid of the 2006 Volvo S60 2.5T 5 cil.. Well, the filter it is NEXT to the engine panel, and the space in between these two it is VERY VERY narrow, or a beare space in which the oil filter wrench can easily crack the aluminum panel...AND that was also stated by the Volvo mechanics since I took my car right after that incident to them for inspection.. So that was the second opinion.. However, UNDER NO circumstances a rock could have been the problem as you mentioned since over their could have NOT be possible to get due to the PLASTIC panel protection of the undercarriage which cover the entire engine for dust and other derbies.. So, you are the ONE that makes a very inappropriate accusation and/or assumptions...a little low brainer let just say..

I am still confused where have you been in the past few years and took you a long time to respond, a little strange lets just say also.. But as you can see I still have a good memory and I can still go through everything again.. In fact your message accuse me of a legal ramification and/or litigation..Please be my guest, I have no problem with that, since that particular place was actualy a problem with some other customers unhappiness and obviously have a past history of scam prior to my incident..

Perhaps your wealthy company can go ahead and file a law suite against every one of us...so that is entirely up to Honda West and do whatever it is necessary to protect their reputation..I have no problem with that..

Anyway I asked Honda West in numerous visits, or that establishment to STOP mail me any oil change offer, other card and/or invitation to their business since I was not interested anymore in doing any kind of business with them, and since I considered an obvious harassment..

Doubtfuil.....

YOU are making accusations WITHOUT ANY PROOF!!! It is EQUALLY possible that your vehicle had a rock bounce up and hit either your oil pan or filter. First, even if you change the oil, there is STILL oil left in the engine. This oil is going to be VERY dirty and WILL contaminate the "Good" oil, so it MAY appear that they did not change the oil but did and due to how dirty the oil was. Second, you have leveled an accusation ONLINE with NO PROOF to back up YOUR statements. Yes you have the "right" to complain but you DO NOT have the "right" to post YOUR OPINION AS FACT!!!! And that is what YOU have done. What YOU have done is a crime. A civil one yes, but STILL a crime. Third, since they DID change your oil a second time for FREE, even though they did the job once already, what you have done is scam them for the free oil change. That is a crime as well.

So in closing, you have accused them ONLINE with NO PROOF other then what you THINK MAY have happend. You have slandered them and have used character assassination tactics in order to do so. Im going to do you the HUGE favor of passing YOUR post onto their corporate headquarters. THEY have more then enough money and lawyers to punish you for what you have done. You may THINK youre safe sitting there at home typing out your venomous report, BUT YOU ARE NOT!!! All it takes is a court order presented to this site and they will have ALL of your information right down to the IP address you used.

People like yourself really sicken me. You are SO willing to make s**t up to play a victim. You even state it in your own report that there are things the warrenty wont cover. Because of the cost of the oil pan, one can SAFELY make the assumption that you are blaming THEM so THEY will pay for what is NOT their fault. Since you have no PROOF that they caused that damage what you have done will NOW cost you. The web is a MEDIA OUTLET, you have broken the same laws that PRINTED PUBLICATIONS MUST FOLLOW!! Where the giant newspapers break the Law they get sanctions and MASSIVE fines for even the SMALLEST of printed mistakes. YOU dont have that cash buffer to protect you from your own stupidity.

What gives you the RIGHT to post your drivel online with NO PROOF other then your psycho assumptions?? Oh!!!! THATS RIGHT!!! Freedom of speech gives you the right to say what you want but it doesnt give you the right to lie and make up stories. You may have the right to say what you want, but that "RIGHT" comes at a VERY high cost. The cost is that YOU are accountable for WHAT you say!!! Did you just miss that many civics classes in high school? This SHOULD be basic knowledge for ANY American. So I will forward this post onto their corporate offices. A quick search online should be able to point me towards their LEGAL dept. Maybe getting sued will teach you to NOT spread your lies online.

THIS is the MEAT of your post from your own words......Now to fix the pan I have to pay 992$ according with Volvo inspection......THAT is why you are willing to make up stories. YOU dont have a grand to drop on it. Since you may be facing FUTURE legal troubles because you run your mouth online, I will throw you a SMALL bone to assist you with your situation.

Go to a JUNKYARD with a friend and find the model and year of your car and see if they have a oil pan. You can normally pick up a oil pan VERY cheap from a scrap yard. All YOU will have to replace is the oil seal. Which if even a small amount of oil gets on it can cause a leak so make sure you get a NEW one and that you dont REUSE the old one from the junked car.
