IT Works Product Support MISLEADING! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! TOO MUCH SMALL PRINT!!! Michigan

I know of someone that is a successful business owner that had an awful experience with the customer service and small printed fees.  She was very upset about the process of this company "It Works".  She explained what happened to her and I felt she was mistreated.  She wanted to try the product out so she ordered the $499.00 Wrap Package.  She then received a statement of being charged close to $700.  She didn't understand the total so she called and decided to downgrade the package.  She spoke to customer service and they immediately gave her the "It is Nothing We Can Do" attitude.  It wasn't like she wanted a return.  She was then hung up on more than once.  She finally was able to cancel the order and was only refunded $576.08.  This added up to the company keeping close to $200 of her money.  I feel like she was mistreated.  This is an American Company and I know they can't expect to be around long with this kind of behavior.  Customer service is very important.  This lady is again, a business owner and was going to invest a good amount of her families money in the long run if she was happy with the product.  Now she will never buy anything from this company and will broadcast her dissappointment.  I don't want this treatment to happen to anyone else.  If you are interested in these products please think twice.  Whether the product works or not, I refuse to give my hard earned money to rude customer service representatives.  I categorize this company as a scam and shallow.
