Do not go to work for Julie Fagan or Fagan Investments or Raytrans Trucking, they will use you for what information and contacts you have and will then get rid of you and refuse to pay your last paycheck.
I was an account manager for Fagan and built up her flatbed division and gained business through my contacts and she pushed wanting more and more.....Greedy and Sneaky.
When you outlive your usefullness to her she then starts coming up with ways to take money from you and then starts trying to find ways to get you out of the picture. And if you show that you know more than she does about an area of transportation then it is really bad.....She does not like to know that she is not knowledgable in those areas.....
Wants you to focus on brokering loads or you dont make any money off of the company trucks.
Consistantly asks you to lie to customers and drivers and asks you to "FIX IT" when she or someone else is in a bind.
And when you are finally let go Fagan does not even have the nerve to tell you herself or give you time to find another job she sends her flunky computer guy to hand you a letter and collect the computer equipment. And then comes up with an excuse to not give you your last paycheck.....She owes me $600.00....
The only words i can use to describe her is GREEDY, s****.>

Randy lied to a customer and even worse.......falsified emails and documents to the same customer. When deception was uncovered (and more were uncovered later). He was terminated. I saved and archieved all the emails where he admited that he lied, falsified emails and worse. If anyone would like proof, I have no problem sharing them.
After termination, randy made up a fake email address majesticsteel@gmail.com and emailed me and others at our company demanding that "randy drummonds" be re-hired or we would lose all their business. My tech person very easily traced this email back to Randy's home IP address. (randy obviously made up the gmail address and pretended to be someone else). Another deception, lie and falsification (all from a man that praises jesus every other second, and tells everyone that he is a decon in his church)
Later he called and asked me advice on how he could Sue his own Brother for a slip and fall accident that occurred over 5 years ago (b/c he knows that Im an attorney also). I simply hung up on him. I never reported this to his brother (that also owns a trucking company) I think I will call his now.
In addition he has asked for his job back over and over, I have several emails from hiim but I will cut and past the last one and if anyone needs more proof that this ripoff report is just another lie in a lifetime of them, feel free to contact me.
I gave the man a chance at a new career, paid him double what he had ever made in his life, gave him every tool he needed to succeed, guided him daily to help him succeed, gave him an important customer to manage and he repaid this by bad work ethic, laziness, lies and deceptions.

I know told me not to even email you, but I was wanting to know if there would be any chance at all that I could come back aboard and be part of the team again.
I know I don't have any right to ask after the way that things went down, but for the sake of my own peace of mind I had to ask because it's driving me kind of crazy.
Julie, i'm sorry for the mistakes that I made and I apologize to you and to everybody and I need to have a peace of mind again. So I guess what I'm asking is would you consider letting me come back and be part of the team again.
