JERRY BAHLE – ABUSER OF DISABLES CUTOMERS – BAKERS OMAHA NE

WARNING:  Jerry Bahle is an UNSCRUPULOUS - RIPOFF MANAGER of Bakers at 156th and Dodge in Omaha, Nebraska.   He was reportedly transferred to the Bellevue Nebraska Bakers store for reason of questionable ethics and conduct.

On a personal record, I have a friend that works at the old store that reported Mr. Bahle is not respected by most of his employee’s. He is known for manipulative manners and dishonesty as their boss.

My friend told me about one costumer that he has known for years that Mr. Bahle abused and ripped off for significant finances.

The elderly male suffered major heart problems as a disabled Veteran and had open heart surgery.  While the man was recovering the doctors placed him on a turkey diet for lean protein.  However, Bakers/Kroger’s/Dillon’s (all owned by the same corporation) was in the national news for knowingly selling contaminated turkey for weeks after they discovered the contamination. 

The man was provided with copies of his buying an estimated ten and half (10.5 lbs.) of contaminated products over a ten week period while he was in recovery.  He placed a claim with Bakers and their insurance company (Sedgwick CMS) per their direction and three years have passed without any response from Bakers or Sedgwick, not even an apology.

Mr. Bahle persuaded the man to write and publish a children’s book exclusively for KROGERS national chain of 2,900 stores.  The man followed Mr. Bahles directions and published the book, produced the in store displays, and produced professional photographs for marketing and advertisements for KROGGERS and BAKERS.  He has not been paid for his book even after making demands from the KROGGER CEO MR. Dillon.

He was ripped off while recovering from open heart surgery to do the work and was screwed by Mr. Bahle and the Bakers/Kroger Company for over $11,000.00.

Due to his seeking compensation and taking action against Mr. Bahle, Bakers and Kroger’s, he became a target of ill- actions by Mr. Bahle.

The man’s wife comes from long history of family working at Bakers in management.  She worked at Mr. Bahles store and even had access to the safe to close the store.  She was family with many of the employee’s at Mr. Bahles store.  She is certified as 100% disabled and recently stopped after having an MRI at a nearby hospital for a few groceries.  She could not get her Visa ATM card to read; neither could the employee at the check stand.  She knew that her husband was waiting in the car right outside the front door.  She pushed her basket halfway out the door and walked over to her husband sitting in the car to ask for his help. 

She was followed out by two employees and Mr. Bahle and Mr. Bahle accused her of shoplifting.  He called the Omaha Police and filed charges against her.  She had never even had a speeding ticket prior to Mr. Bahles false prosecution.  Her lawyers told her that Mr. Bahles actions were personal retribution for her husband’s letters and demands. 

According to employees, Mr. Bahle also has questionable conduct with female employees and remarks to female customers.

It seems reasonable to warn citizens to beware while shopping at Bakers and or any Kroger’s brand store.  The issues in this complaint began at Mr. Bahles store, however, written notice was sent to Kroger’s corporate CEO and NOTHING has been provided to the man or his wife, not even an apology.   It seems that Kroger’s feels their annual earnings set them above delivering human decency.

On its website, Chicago Motor Cars promises customers a memorable experience and repeat service for those looking to buy luxury cars. One customer had a memorable experience, it seems, in all the wrong ways.

David Bates became the disgruntled customer from hell after a bad experience with a Mercedes-Benz SL 600 he bought at the dealership. His concerns weren't addressed to his liking.

"Issues with the body that the car had been in an accident," David explained to TMJ4. "Issues that some of the functions on the car didn't work."

Bates vented his frustrations on the Internet. He produced dozens of YouTube videos lambasting the dealership and has collected other customer complaints on his website chicagomotorcarssuck.com. In a Google search for Chicago Motor Cars, the dealership's website is the first link, with Bates' site at number two.

Eventually Chicago Motor Cars took Bates to court, but Bates won the right to keep his site up. The Benz in question went back to the dealership and Bates was issued a refund, but that hasn't stopped him from slamming Chicago Motor Cars.

"I think it's time well spent if one person doesn't have to walk the walk that we did," Bates told TMJ4.

I am aware of the posting above by Victims Defense.  My wife and I are the persons reported as the victims of Mr. Bahle/Bakers/Krogers in the report.

I have medical records of five bypasses on March 29, 2011.  I was placed on a lean turkey diet by Creighton Medical Rehab Doctors.   I was notified after purchasing and consuming nearly ten (10) pounds of turkey products at Bakers eight weeks after the fact.  I went to Bakers and was referred to Sedgwick CMS and filed a report which included printouts of my many purchases which I was able to obtain from my Bakers Loyalty Card purchase records. 

Sedgwick CMS responded on August 30, 2011 with promise to follow up with me.  I have never heard back from them.

I went to Mr. Bahles store in several attempts to get something done with the complaint however, nothing has ever been done for me by Bakers.

While I was under doctor’s care in heart rehabilitation, I was approached by Jerry Bahle about using my talents to write children’s books for the Kroger/Bakers brand.  He said Kroger’s/Bakers was aggressively looking for Midwest (produced) products to market.    

I worked very hard to write and publish my first book for Mr. Bahles visiting with him on a regular basis.  He also directed me to produce in - store displays for the finished book.   After the books and displays were completed and ontaining Mr. Bahles approval, I had professional photographers brought to his store for a photo shoot.  The photos were to be used by Bakers/Kroger’s in print ads and other promotions.

Mr. Bahle told me that he took the products to a manager meeting at corporate and that I would be contacted in the near future.  I was never contacted.  I began to call various people including at corporate being told that Mr. Bahle did NOT have authority to have any product produced for Kroger’s/Bakers. 

I hit a wall and attempted to recover the money that I had invested TRUSTING Mr. Bahle as an honorable manager at Bakers.  My wife’s family including her had worked for Bakers over the past 40 years.  

I have never been compensated for my costs which were an estimated $15,000.00.   As a disabled Veteran on a fixed income this loss was significant !

As for my wife being cited for shoplifting it was obviously as result of my contacting Kroger/Baker management about Mr. Bahle. 

My wife is disabled due to two car accidents neither being her fault and both causing brain damage.  One occurred as an elderly couple ran a red light and hit her car on the driver’s side totaling her car and sending her, and her passenger to the hospital with serious injuries.  The incident was being hit by a bank robber being chased by Omaha Police.  The fleeing robber hit my wife’s car at a high speed and almost killed her.  She suffered additional brain damage.  She continues to be under medical care for her brain injuries and is certified as 100% disabled by her doctors and the State of Nebraska.

Most of the employee’s at Bakers know and like Christine because we shopped there for nearly nine (9) years and Christine worked part time for Mr. Bahle/Bakers.  

She was trusted with the keys to the vault to close the store. 

I had just taken her to the hospital for a brain MRI and stopped at Bakers on the way home. I parked right outside the front door because it was raining and I did want my wife to get wet, because she was in slippers and hospital attire. 

I know the disabled check out clerk that tried to get her Visa to work.  The card was good but the card reader would not read the magnetic strip.  My wife walked out the front door leaving her cart halfway in the store.  She wasa pursued by two employees and Jerry Bahle.  He led the parade and directed the employees to take her and the cart and call the police.   

I think what Mr. Bahle and Dave Dillon, Bakers/Krogers has done to me and my wife is despicable!  My lawyers deem Kroger’s Corporation in Ohio is just as much at fault for not responding to my written complaint, and obviously supporting the dispiocable acts of their emplloyee manager!  

I have certified copies of materials that were sent to Mr. Dave Dillon, the CEO of Kroger’s on February 29, 2012 loding complaints on Mr. Bahle.   I have never heard a word from Mr. Doillons corporate office and the smuck jerry Bahle is still wortking for Krogers/bakers. 

I just discovered that Jerry Bahle has been transferred to the Bellevue, Ne. store.  

I hope the citizens of Bellevue Ne. are on their guard while shopping at his store.

There is NO forgiving any man that abuses disabled and elderly people as Mr. Bahle has abuse my wife and me.
