Kevin Staker, sat in my mother's living room told my mother her future was very bleak, lawyer falsified documents, and turned my mother against her own children, then proved her mentally unstable and took her and our inheritances, from our grandparents as well as re-writing my Father's Trust & Will without notifying us. Beware of Attorneys that re-write probate Trusts & Wills. By law they are supposed to notify the inheritors, so they as next of kin may dispute a revokable Trust especially when the Trusts are in IRA's or accounts that are being managed by parents for their children's college funds. The Attorneys often hire their own staffing and most often hire private nursing companies that charge quite a bit of money by the hour. The attorney will tell the older person that they are about to lose everything, due to taxes, or now having to buy an expensive policy for health insurance, and they had better listen or they'll end up in a State hospital for the mentally unbalanced. They scare elderly people after losing their Blue Cross Blue Shield at the age of 65 and tell them that they better sign everything over to thier law offices so they can manage the older person's affairs. Most of the time promising them that they can stay in their own house. When I visited my mother she was crying and said that they "broke her". I asked her if I could help and she said no you better go away. I learned quickly that the attorney team meant business because after I wrote the D.A's Fraud and real estate embezzlement office and filed the paper work I was backed into at a gas station pump. Then I visited my mother's neighbor who is a licensed R.N. and he said you better go on to Washington D.C. and report this to the elderly abuse council. I returned home and had two young women slam on their brakes in an intersection named Gutierrez Street in Santa Barbara CA, this gets weird. the Male Registered nurse I spoke with, that complained about my mother's primary care lives across the street from my mother and knew our family for nearly 40 years. His name is Jim Gutierrez, the officer issued me a citation for being the vehicle in the back and his name was officer Washington. Is this ESP or is the Attorney on a imbalanced scale as far as the law goes. They nurses loaded up truck loads of furniture and collectives my mother had in her garage and home and sold them. They stopped allowing her visits to a hair salon or manicurist. They went through my mother's clothes and they or their families are wearing her clothing. My mother was dressed up in a car cover made out of lamb skin and she with her unkempt hair and drugs they had her on, "looked like an wild animal." Instead of a woman, this is hard for me to watch an attorney who supposedly cares about the elderly and their future spending over five to six million dollars on himself and his crew so they can hurry up and allow them to die. As children we've been called everything in the book by these CNA's from the two year correspondence school in Oxnard and Thousand Oaks, and it's amazing so far there getting by with it. They have had enough time to program my mother who is deathly afraid of them. They probably told her they'd do the same to her children if she did not obey. Honestly it has taken all of my power not to lose my cool. One of the Fillapino nurses said " your just trying to control, control control. I wanted to make her already false teeth a one of her nutrients as a digestible item at that point. I know we get old but what the ---- are we doing to allow people that barely speak English screw us out of our inheritances. The fire department and the police were called but my mother wouldn't allow the medics to see her punctured tracked up arms. I hired two lawyers, but so far they just had coffee with the other one. This is when I can honestly say I know why adolescents of aging and dying people lose their cool. I worked in a teachers private convalescent Center when I was twenty-two and I have never seen a really good convalescent Home yet. So that's why I'm still putting up with this to a degree. It's embarrassing when you have to tell my mother's neighbors that the nurses in the Philappines always wash urine and feces off in their driveways at home . That's why they have my mother's matresses out front of her home in the driveway hosing off fecal matter when my mom's inside trying to put on her own diaper. Honestly could we do without this lawyer who now has a miliionairess on Medi-Cal and State aide because he took her money? Have we all gone crazy?
