My step-mom got a magazine renewal form in the mail from Magazine Service to renew her Soap Opera Digest magazine. She sent $69.95 in a check to this company in November 2011.

The magazine never came so we tried to contact them. We could not get a phone number so I went to the bank to see what we could do.  The bank got a 800 number. We tried calling it with no one answering. I called every day for a month.

The cancelled check had the bank on it so I got the banks phone number and told them what had happened.   Nothing happened with them either.

My step mom also sen them a letter that she didnt hear back from either. Today 7/27/2012 she got another renewal letter in the mail. How dumb can a company be?

Viking Magazine Service They are a scam and want $998.00 for a few magazines. I don't think so they are not telling the price of the magazines. When you get the letter that where they have this amount that is unreal. I am on disability and don't have no money like that. They use the same lie with every client and it is not fair that they can continue using people. I will report them to the new reporters so they can continue to scam people. Greensboro North Carolina

Viking magazine service The associates were rude, terse and threatened to put this on my credit report when i called to cancel. Hung the phone in my face. I will be disputing this if it goes on my credit report. Bottom line... These people are rip offs and con artists. There is NO WAY i would ever agree to paying 1000 for magazines that i did not receive.. I was also promised a visa gift card and restaraunt vouchers of which i have yet to receive... These people should be put out of business Bloomington Minnesota

National Magazine Service in Ks. Subscriber Data Management Enrolled me in phase 2 after I completed my agreement. I did not authorize this. I received the letter on Nove 7-2016 and written on Nov. 4, 2016. I spoke with Donna and declined thus service. On Dec. 3, they processed a payment of $19.95 from my bank. I called on 12/5, and spoke with Dustin. The amount was refunded so I thought all was ok. I however, I continue to receive calls from these people.they absolutely will not take No for an answer.
