I always call my payment in and eat the $10 service fee ever since they screwed up a payment once and I lost trust in them. I have tried to call them for the past two days and there is no number that they can be reached at. The number that I have cuts off after 2 seconds from my cell phone and rings busy from a land line.
I tried going to their web site and that is none existant. I have never once been late on a car payment in the 5 years I've been paying on my car and I'm not about to start now. I only 2 more months to pay on it. I have no idea where to send the payments to nor where I'm going to get my title from. I plan on trading in my car at some point but how in the heck can I do that without a title. I am very angry about this and why did they not notify me or anyone for that matter. I refuse to get the run around. I do not tolerate this kind of behavior. They are jerks, have no customer service skills, nor are they professional in any way. I want an answer. I do not know who holds the title or who the "lien holder" is?

We were a customer with this loan company ever since their name was centrix financial. There name has changed many times but last year around september I think this company no longer exists and was bought by systems and services technologies, inc. aka SST. I was very impressed with their customer service since I was used to the terrible customer service of Peak 5 and the other names before that. Peak 5 actually had told me that I owed a lot of money in the form of a balloon payment that I was really worried about and then I recieved a letter from SST letting us know our account had moved to their company. I was able to talk to SSTs customer service and they told me I didn't have that balloon payment and I was able to finish paying off our vehicle within several months and as soon as I made my last payment they sent me my title within two weeks. I had no problems with them at all. I would just call them and tell them your situation and tell them about the mix up in companies and I am sure they will help you. Their address is:

System and Services Technologies, Inc
P.O. Box 801997
Kansas City, MO, 64180-1997

Customer Service Address:

System & Services Technologies, Inc
P.O.Box 3999
St.Joseph, MO 64503-0999

Phone: 1-800-789-8001

Good Luck Hope this info helps you out.

I ran the company name on Google and about 4 links in found this:

I found this on the Peak5 website. Even though the website is currently down, GOOGLE keeps a cheched copy of it. Here's the information:

Flatiron Financial Services Inc., doing business as Peak5, ceased operations July 10th, 2009. Loans previously under management at Peak5 have been transferred to new loan servicers as of no later than July 11, 2009. Your loans terms and agreements remain in place as contracted, but are now being serviced elsewhere. You can contact your lien holder on your automobile to obtain additional information and you will be receiving billing statements from the new servicers this month.

Due to the fact your loan servicing was transferred to different new servicers depending upon your specific loan it is not possible to give you a definitive forwarding number. The majority of the loans however were transferred to one of the servicing companies shown below:

Systems & Services Technologies, Inc. Telephone: (800) 789-8001
Auto Portfolio Services, Inc. Telephone: (877) 761-3111

Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience.
