QC Unlimited said they had sent my refund, apparently they do know its over due. My question is, where is it. You have lied about everything you have told me since day 1. You absolutely right, Kevin was not working for you, he was fired like your secretary said he was. The names of your company personnel, how nice, but that doesn't get my money back to me.

All I want is a refund, thats it. You people don't seem to get that. Just give me my money back and I will leave you alone.

I don't seem to get this. As a reputablecomapny that had promised a refund to you, we issued it. I can prove that I sent a check out months and months ago. If you did not get the check as you claim (maybe you did and you are trying to get more money, who knows) Then it is our responsibility to make sure that you recieved your money.

Now you can sit there all you want and try to visualize all you want, but I had no problem giving you your money. There was no problem in "surrendering" as you put it. If you want to sit on top of your little hill and raise a flag up and hoop and holler that you won then so be it.

The truth of the matter is that we deal with Thousands and thousands of customers a month. You are just one sale in the grand scheme of things. Do not presume to imply or state that our company our own employees and other customes do not believe we are honest.

So again I state you go ahead and do what you want and say what you want. But stop this nonsense now.

Mr. Montfilly, you haven't proved anything, all you have said is a lot of tripe and bolstered positioning on your part to endeavor the reader to imagine that you and your company are honest. I can guarantee that QC Unlimited and honest will never be spoken in the same sentence, unless by members of your own family. Not even your company employees will do that, believe me, I've asked them. But what the heck, lets call it even; you surrendered and refunded my money. I can visualize the sinking feeling you had as you did it. By the way, I know I would never have given a refund to anyone that I had sent a check to months and months ago, especially if I could prove I sent it. That's not good business, to give the same refund to the same person.aahhh, but there's the RUB, you really never gave the first refund. So I must (as the readers of this article do also) judge that you never sent it and that you never proposed to do so, until you were hard-pressed into it. Too bad for your company, I'm sure if you tried, your company could be on the other side of the circus tent doing good things for your customers. It's your decision every day to do business as you see fit. From the remarks I've read about your company at the Better Business Bureau and my personal experience, I can unquestionably establish the unlawful and corrupt way you run your company. Thanks anyway for finally returning my money (after the call from the local police). If you could do the right thing with the rest of your customers that you've done your dirty little deeds to, there would be a lot of people saying good things about you, but then, Would you be out of business? To fix every customers issue with your company I am sure would be very hard for you; personally, you don't seem like the good guy to do business with type. Too bad, better luck next job.

This is complete nonsense. Thomas has exagerated and BSed his way through his complaint. He accuses us of being liars and cheating him out of his money. The fact of the matter is, he was sent he refund MONTHS AGO! The check was printed and the check was sent. We have the documents that confirm that the chec was printed monthas ago. And that it was sent to Thomas via Fed Ex. It is not a matter of lying. It is a matter of someone who has nothing better to do then to try making a mountain out of a mole hill. The truth of the matter is, he recieved his refund. The Sergant Court here in Davenport did not make any threats did not make any claims that anything could happen. He simply wanted what we all did. For this to be over with. Mr. Thomas I aplaud you for wasting so many peoples times not only ours but yours. You truly are a peice of work.

QC Unlimited Forced to Give Refund

I finally got my refund by Credit Card on 5/26/2005. My first interaction with this company was 2/19/2004. My first request for a full refund on 5/19/2004. After 1 year of calling, complaining, begging and being lied to and stalled, I finally got my refund. I want to thank the owners and managers of this web site for their help. Since Fred Montflei apparently reads this site, he knows that more and more people will post here (or they should). If enough people know about this, a class action could be started against these illegal and immoral practices of QC Unlimited. I also want to thank and Sergeant Court of the Davenport Police Department. It was him that really got QC Unlimited on the ball and it was he that instructed them on what was going to happen if he did not follow the law and his directions to make the refund. I am sure it was his second call to QC Unlimited that got them scared enough to finally pay the refund by credit card, since they were never going to actually send out a refund check.
