Quality Plus Cleaners All over Pinellas & Hillsborough Counties Quality Plus Cleaners will RUIN your clothing , Internet

I have dealt with Quality Plus Dry Cleaners for about two years (ending in May, 2011).  In the last six months that I dealt with them, the quality of their cleaning went downhill drastically. 

My husband wears a shirt & tie/suit to work every day.  Quality Plus laundered/pressed all of his shirts, including those worn on weekends, all suits, ties, etc. as well as my dry cleaning.

I am a consumer that values my relationship directly with the personnel, therefore, I thought long & hard about making the change to another cleaners. What FINALLY drove me away was the fact that they COMPLETELY RUINED three VERY expensive dress shirts (with stains that appeared like rust), told me that the stains were "food"--on the back of the shirt???--and would do NOTHING about it.  The clerk at the store gave me the owner's number, the main number of their plant (that does the actual cleaning) in Oldsmar, etc.  I could talk to nobody.  I just feel lucky that it wasn't a suit that they ruined, as it became very clear to me that they would not make the situation right with me.  

Further, I switched over to Sun Country Cleaners and I was VERY pleased with their work.  I finally took the "ruined" shirts to Sun Country, who, by the way, accepts ALL competitors' coupons, and they removed the stains, and advised me that the stains were from ill-maintained equipment.  They advised me that they get a LOT of business from disgruntled Quality Plus Cleaners ex-patrons.  

I have now been with Sxx Cxxxxx (((REDACTED)))  for some time now.  I find the personnel to be efficient and caring.  The quality of service is excellent.  When you ask for light starch, you get it CONSISTENTLY.  There are no buttons torn off my husband's shirts!  I really didn't realize how BAD Quality Plus services had eroded until I started elsewhere.

I am NOT an employee of SuxxCxxxxxx.  Go wherever, but DON'T trust your clothes to these incompetent ripoff owners of Quality Plus Cleaners.    sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
