Ramada hotel. Anaheim convention Center First off my sister and law checked in as a walk in same room next door. and she payed $60.00 cheape Vacations made easy with Carlos from Anaheim Ramada on harbor Avalon California

This rip off  company called vacations made easy, – The overcharge rooms $60-$70 per room.. So don't use them at all because you get a cheaper rate at the hotel.. Unfortunately they deal with hotels like Ramada. There used to be a day when Ramada hotels were respectful with customer service.. Nowadays I don't recommend , well at least one of them and its the one at ANAHEIM CA convention center..I think  Maybe the manager Carlos and the company work together pocketing the extra money From the rooms they overcharge people.. i booked a room accidentaly this morning, With a company called vacations made easy. My Sister-in-law did not what ok one.  And online it charged  me $160 almost, and her  walking in , CARLOS charged $80.00 ..   So I would be very leery, And cautious, booking  at the Anaheim California Ramada on Harbor Boulevard, With that manager Carlos,..   Definitely do not use that " vacations made easy" either they are  raking and screwing up about 70 bucks , and the website lies also, The so-called indoor pool is about as big as the bathtub..

Manager Carlos very rude and no customer service skills .. Be very careful with this location it's a great spot .. the hotel
Customer service is the worst in the world .. when I called the corporate office about it, they just blew it off, definately NOT the same old Ramadas as they used to be. So if you like being treated badly by a rude manager stay here .. But if customer service still means something to you, stay somewhere else, cause you won't get it here... Not a good place to stay.. Highly recommend other places
