resv Pure and Green Tea sent me some sample bottles of their pills. I was told that I would have a ten day trial period before being sent any more. Looking at the bottles it did not give explicit instructions on how to take them so I decided not to try them. I did not know what was in the bottles nor were the instructions on taking them explicit. Two days after I received the sample bottle my bank account had an @$85.00 charge from res V Pure.

I called up and inquired about the charge. They told me that I was given a 10-day period in which to cancel the subscription to their auto ship club. I only received a 2-day warning not 10. I sent the bottle back to them and asked that everything being sent to me in the future be cancelled - both the res V Pure and Green Tea so that I would not have to deal with the company at all.

I paid for sending back the bottle of pills myself. Now I find that I have been charged $5.95 for a news letter which I never received. I called back and got cancelled from that mailing. I really thought that I had cancelled everything when I called about the received bottle in the mail. I was told that I did not cancel the e-mail news letter.

I told them that I had not received the news letter and wanted a refund. I was told that no one was authorized to give me a refund only a $5.95 off one of their products. I spoke with a Matt who said he would listen to the taped message I had with Bella regarding the auto ship which I cancelled and would call me back the next day. He never called me back.

I found an updated phone number for Green Tea Desire at (866) 962-8740 When I talked to the customer rep I kept a level head and they were helpful enough. I got my order canceled. I also found out you can cancel at Greentea-light.com

I also suggest making sure you have the right company, or checking if you are receiving products from multiple companies. Its a frustrating waste of time to call one company, spend all that time trying to figure out your problem only to find out you have the wrong people. Its also frustrating canceling for one product, then receiving more of another product because you didnt realize you signed up for multiple companys products.
