His claims are false on the wind turbine in that the tolerances are sub standard. The visuals are misrepresented, and his claims about the prototype are false. I developed the generator sectioed as, andn as a prototype only, and Ollie was unwilling to meet strict tolerances, and the prototype should not be in production installed in Mineola, New York. On completion of the prototype, Ollie ran off and filed patent papewrwork on my generator design and on the magnetic supports for the rotor.

These were only a prototype and not what a production model would truly be epresent as, and what the proper patent would encompass. I will complete the work through DOE grants, and file the proper patents after the real engineering work is completed. He has stolen work from others before me and continues to sell himself as an inovator. Ollie cannot show any documentation on the design work for the generator, and I documented it all before submitting the work to his consideration.

It was only later that I discovered that he isn't a man of his word, and that he is a common thief. He will not defend this statement in that he knows he will lose in a court setting.

It is unclear who developed the turbine blade work, but the Magnetics and Generator work are mine solely.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

vance turner

AUTHOR: REVAIR - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, November 13, 2013

In light of Mr. Vance Turner’s comments, the following is noted:  Mr. Vance Turner first appeared at our facility ostensibly to assist with detailing some of the components for inclusion in our product.  Mr.Vance Turner, however, lacked the skills to complete his assigned tasks and actually damaged a part assigned to him to detail. This set us back two weeks.  Accordingly, Mr. Vance Turner was asked to leave the facility. Mr. Vance Turner has never been present during or participated in any way, in the conception, invention, design or development of any technology and his assertions are mere fantasy.

In fact, the prototypes that embody the proprietary technology were completed well before Mr. Turner’s first interaction with anyone at the company. Mr. Vance Turner’s assertions may represent trade libel and defamation and the Company intends to exercise its rights to the fullest extent under law.
