Sapulpa Rural water district to provide you service demands above and beyond legal rights. Sapulpa rural water district to provide you service demands that you grant them an easement to anywhere on your property for consideration of $1.00 U.S. dollar. They also demand a copy of your deed to your property.
The rural water district also requires a deposit even if you have good credit. I have never heard or experienced this is my life of anywhere I have ever lived. If you do not provide these they will not continue to provide you service. Seems illegal to me and a violation of privacy and cohersion or duress.
