Scentura Creations, Phoenix Management Put me in debt Middlesex New Jersey

So let me explain first of all who i am. My name is Chris and i ran an office for donny and holly in Torrance,CA. I trained out of their office in Middlesex, nj.

When i first got there i did hear about the mgmt program that was 6-8 weeks to complete. i also heard about a cust srv job that never exisited, but i was for mgmt anyways so i didnt care.

On Thursday your going to go to a 2nd interview where all we do is pitch you on working for us, we never really explain it in detail. all you hear is the 30,000 salary your offered at the end of the program. it's 3 hours long for no reason, i did enjoy giving it though.

after that you go into O/R or orientation on monday most likey with someone fun. Holly is the greatest at what she does. Holly will always be motivated and she works hard i give her that credit. At the end of o/r which is like 2nd interview in other words they make you forget what you're there for. At the very end of it you will be explained a contest that can only help you in the program. The contest involed selling perfume, i sold 23 on my contest cause i wanted the bonus money. i got 150.00 for selling 23 in one night. i thought the money came out of their pocket but it really dont.

on my 2nd day there thats when i realized something was different. Donny had about 60 people in his building at the time of 8:45. i had no idea who they were, i later found out they were "managers" in the program as well. after a couple of hours of meetings they send you out on the streets going to business to business selling perfume. The sales did not bother be cause they told me i would have to "learn" how to sell. i also thought i would be able to get out of the sales after a coupld of weeks. i was wrong....

Now dont forget it is a 6-8 week program. i was in training for over one year. i completed the program in 4 mths, my partner finsihed in 5 weeks. she finished fast cause she was great at sales. if you are not great you will never finish the program.

now that i have been there for a year i know all the meetings donny would give to help motivate you sell and work hard. i memorized all of them from mon-saturday. I know how to sell perfume, i could manage people that sell perfume i could do it all.

When i was in traning the first thing you hear is 9.00 profit for every bottle your office moves. as you beomce more and more senior then you find out it should be 5.00 a bottle profit. To me honestly you make maybe 4.00 a bottle if your lucky. anyway back to the point.

Now that i finished and my partners are finsihed and we know everything it was time for us to get open and run our own branch. by the way i made 20.00 to 80.00 a week for the whole year i was there. now that we were ready we head out to califonia to open our own.

when we got there it sucked. we had to find our own apartment cause they didnt do it properly. after we got all the *@*@* out of the way we started to work just like donny and holly. we put false ads in the paper for cust srv and rec. and we never had a job for those positions.

now ofcourse when a new company starts it is always hard. but we pushed out selfs selling perfume until 1:00am on fridays and all weekedn. so we can make enough money to pay our bills. our 2nd month we had arond 10 people workgin for us and we were doing 200 bottles a week. now we thought if we did 200 bottles we shoould have a 1000.00 in profit. we actually had 600.00

we could not afford our bills so i had to pay for our rent. to make a long story short we became the number 3 rookies in the country out of 37. we were doing enough bottles to support us. The money was never right, that is what they lie about. it is not a PYRAMID SCAM NOT A PYRMAID SCAM.

after we did it for 9 mths and i invested 20,000 to help our business grow we closed it down. i felt bad cause i thought i failed but the truth of the matter is a lot of people close due to insufficne funds. never making enough to pay rent. Most rookie offices dont have furnitare cause they cant afford it.

TO end this... we went to california with 0 debt, we left with 13,000 in bills from our company. since you never take a loan out or have a tax id your screwed the money has to be paid. If it is in your name then you have to pay it all.

a lot of the rip off reports are wrong and filled with stupid people. listen to me cause i did make it and i ran an office and it was the number 3 rookie office at that. it makes me mad cause people never listen. i was reading these reports and most made me laugh. Some people think donny is not real, nor the president. i mean come on, fake people thats stupid.

Donny is one rich b^&%* but not from the company he clamis to have more then he got. If you make so much money there then why would it take holly 8 years to buy a 40,000 CLK ??????
