Select Blinds Kelly Wiggins et al A re-sell company that has little control after odrer is placed Gilbert, Arizona

Select Blinds has a customer review site that appears 5 star by all...too good to be true? 
Here is my recent experience:

Slow delivery
Badly packaged
Mounting hardware missing
Blinds not identified on box or product
Wood chipped
Headers deformed where cut
Cloth tapes not the color shown on site
3 tapes placed on blind over the 2 shown
Customer service response  to fix problems very poor.

This company appears on the surface to be excellent, but they do like to blow their own trumpet it appears ,with massive customer review sections showing that every customer gives them 5 stars.
They do not make any blinds, and are nothing more than a sales operation , buying is easy...the rest is not so good.
