I am also another victim of legal crime constituted by Storesonline. My wife and I were taken on a ride for over six thousand dollars. We went through the same high powered seminars as everyone else did. They talk a good game but when it comes to delivering what they loose big time. With slow to non-existant responses to emails, poor customer relations and even poorer technical support they fail the grade miserablly.

We asked our presenters if Storesonline would help us design a site with our own graphics and backgrounds. They said yes. What they failed to tell us was it was going to cost us big time. To the tune of $50 dollars an hour plus. We asked if they could set up a consultation service for me ( I am sort of the Dear Abby of the internet). They in turn said yes. Fat chance. No help there either.

Well, the plot thickens. Much to our shock and total dismay, we found our site shut down without warning or provocation. They claimed we owed them back hosting fees. The Electric Company and Car Dealerships treat you with more respect than that. It took over forty emails to get them to restore our site. Only to find most if not everything we worked hard to add to the site gone in a puff of smoke.

Of course this is a situation of "Let the Buyer Beware" and more than likely we will never see our over six thousand dollar investment recovered. But, one can only hope and pray for a Hail Mary Miracle.

I have launched a personal campaign to put Storesonline, Galaxy Mall and their umbrella company iMergent in a world of hurt. Here's what I did. I called their Seminar Scheduling Department and found out when the Con Artists would be in our State. They gave me a list of three Hotels and one College. I, in turn took that information and called each hotel and the college and gave them everything I had on Storesonline and their unsavory business practices. The people I spoke with heard an ear full. I am not sure as of the posting of this complaint what their actions were. But as the saying goes, the most powerful form of advertisement is Word of Mouth.

So, America and the World, join my campaign and start one of your own. Maybe, together they will hear our Banner Cry and let our money go.

Angry and six thosand dollars poorer in Iowa,
Charles

P. S. Write your State Attorneys General, contact Bill O'Reilly of the Factor through Fox News and let anyone and everyone you can hear know about this...I did and am continuing to find new venues and stages with which to tell my story too.
